Our charming villa - "Casa Glückauf" - invites you to be happy.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday and relax in our holiday oasis on the Costa Blanca. No matter what time of year it is - we offer you the space and tranquillity to do so. Casa "Glück Auf" is lovingly and completely equipped for 2 - 9 people. You can expect a large private pool, a very large and not visible garden area as well as various terraces to relax and feel good.

Our villa is situated on an enclosed, completely walled and hidden plot of approx. 1,600 sqm with its own parking spaces. From the sun deck on the roof terrace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is approx. 8 - 10 walking minutes away from the property. There are also already the first two beach bays, each with a beach bar.

The garden: In the large, level garden (with lawn) you will find palm, lemon, orange and almond trees as well as many flowering Mediterranean plants and cacti. Around the house you will find several terraces, seating and sunbathing areas and lawns. Our practical outdoor kitchen (without cooker) invites you to barbecue and relax on the property. Our property is centrally located, idyllic and very quiet.

The private pool: The pool has Roman steps and is approx. 12 x 6 metres in size, between 1 - 1.90 metres deep and also invites you to relax. In addition to the many loungers, the pool also has a large pool terrace.

Surroundings: In the vicinity you will find supermarkets, many different restaurants, bars and cafes, bakeries, ATMs, doctors, pharmacies, a small private petrol station with car wash, beach bays, tennis courts, fitness studio, hairdressers, hiking trails, playgrounds, a beautiful large golf course with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and much more.

Charging e-cars, even with extension cords, is prohibited. A public charging station is approx. 3 minutes by car from the property.

Our prices vary seasonally and range from 650,00 EUR (per week) in low season to 1.715,00 EUR (per week) in high season. In the winter months from 660,00 EUR per month (plus additional costs).

Additional costs: Final cleaning per floor 90,00 EUR / whole house 180,00 EUR (plus 10,00 EUR for final cleaning per pet).

Optional charges: 15,00 EUR per person for bed linen and towels - you can of course bring your own. 10,00 EUR per high chair for children. 40,00 EUR per week for the use of 1 air conditioner (currently we offer up to 4 air conditioners on request - but there are also fans in the bedrooms).

Our villa has two separate accommodation units on two floors for 2 - 9 persons. In the period from 01.04. - 31.10. we rent out the whole house. In the winter months from 01.11. - 31.03. we rent only the upper floor (2 - 5 persons) to long-term tenants for the winter and at a special price.

Great for family fun in the sun

Good set up for two families - pool and outdoor kitchen were big hits. Walking distance to small pebble beach & short drive to sandy beaches. Very attentive host & house had everything we needed. Thanks Bärbel!

4 Brilliant Weeks on Moraira

For our first time away on a winter break this has been brilliant. The weather was incredible, warm sunshine and blue sky's in Feb & Mar? The location was brilliant too. Just a short walk to the village and the beaches but you do have to like hills. Barbel's property had all we needed for our stay but our greatest joy was Barbel herself. She was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home supported by her friendly, funny dog Zokker who was a great pal to our own dog Poppy. What a perfect break.

Excellent

3 Months here, and enjoyed it so much booked for 6 months later this year/next! Very friendly & helpful owners Klaus and Barbara in the down stairs apartment always happy to help. Secure garden grand for a dog (the owners have a very friendly dog - be prepared to share your sun lounger!), easy walk to rocky cove and 7 min drive to Moraira and its beach. Supermarkets, chemist, vets etc. a few minutes drive away, as are the usual range of bars and restaurants - German, Spanish, even Fish 'n' Chips! Note though, very narrow, winding and hilly roads - car necessary. Also, steps up to the apartment. However, for a calm, relaxing self-catering break:- A+!!
