Hübsche gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Der Wohnungskomplex ist von außen nicht besonders schön, dieser Eindruck kann aber nicht auf die Wohnung übertragen werden. Diese ist hübsch eingerichtet, in einem guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Bei der Einrichtung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz zu der Wohnung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, sodass man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen hat. Der Südstrand befindet sich hinter dem Gebäude - also die Lage ist optimal. Insgesamt bietet die Umgebung sehr viel Erholung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig bei dem benachbarten Hotel oder mit dem Auto in der nicht weit entfernten Stadt Burg auf Fehmarn.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Top Lage am Südstrand

Die Wohnung liegt in der 3.Etage eines Hochhauses mit Flair aus den 70'ern. Die Wohnung selber ist schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Lage ist perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge gerade im Winter. Burg ist schnell erreichbar. Wir sind als Paar hier gewesen. Das Kinderzimmer nebenan diente uns als Abstell- und Klamottenraum. Kleine Abzüge sind zu machen für die Fernsehtechnik und die nicht funktionierende Musikanlage. WLAN geht nicht, wir hätten einen GIGA Cube dabei.

Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Die Lage am Südstrand ist toll, wobei man aus der Wohnung nicht auf den Strand, sondern auf den Hafen blickt. Die Wohnung an sich hat leider keinen Balkon und befindet sich im 3. Stock eines ziemlich großen Wohnkomplexes aus den 70er Jahren. Wir haben uns nicht besonders wohl gefühlt, weil die Wohnung leider auf den zweiten Blick nicht richtig sauber war. Auf der Matratze der Schlafcouch waren seitlich große Flecken, der Matratzenschoner voller Haare und Staub. Die Matratze des Babybetts war voller Flecken. Der Wischeimer mit einem alten Lappen stand noch im Zimmer und in den Töpfen stand mit geschlossenem Deckel das Spülwasser. Der Hinweis im Mietvertrag, man könne bei Mängeln die Putzfirma kontaktieren, kam für uns bei so einem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht in Frage, wir waren dort wegen eines Familienfestes genug beschäftigt. Bei knapp 90€ pro Nacht inkl Endreinigung stimmte das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für uns leider nicht. Meine Eltern hatten bei gleichem Preis ein tolles Apartment in Burg inkl Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Guten Herzens zum Weiterempfehlen

Eine kleine,schicke und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und ein toller Ausblick auf den Yachthafen. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen kein Balkon und kein Ausblick auf den Südstrand. Sonst hätte es 5 Sterne verdient. MfG Milan Nikolic
