Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete FW

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit geringem Verkehr, nahe an einem Strand zum Meer. Die Lage erlaubt es, viele attraktive Ziele der Insel Rügen gut mit dem Auto oder ggf. mit der RBB von Putbus oder Lauterbach aus zu erreichen. Die FW ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen direkten Blick auf das nahe Wasser, der eventuell durch Bewachsung auf dem Nachbargrundstück etwas beeinträchtigt sein kann.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Rügen und damit auch das erste Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Wir werden diese auch bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Anspruch nehmen, da wir uns dort gleich von Anfang an zuhause gefühlt haben und der Urlaub gleich gut angefangen hat. Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer, dem Balkon oder vor allem aus dem Küchenfenster ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist absolut zutreffend und wie der Berliner sagen würde: "Da jibt et nix zu meckern..." Immer wieder!!!

Ferienwohnung mit Hindernissen

Die Angaben zur Lage und Aussicht auf die Bucht waren zutreffend. Die Wohnung für 4-5 Personen anzubieten, ist nicht in Ordnung. Durch eine schmale Spartreppe ist der Zugang in die Mansarde sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und Koffer nur mit viel Mühe zu transportieren. Außerdem gibt es in der Mansarde keinen Kleiderschrank, so das die Wäsche im Koffer bleiben muß. Eine Beleuchtung für die Treppe gibt es auch nicht, was zur Folge hat, das die Personen im unteren Geschoss die Flurbeleuchtung ausschalten müssen. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Im Wohnzimmer waren noch Dreck unter dem Heizungskörper und das von uns georderte Wäschepaket enthielt 2 Handtücher sowie 2 Badetücher, die so fleckig waren, das sie unsauber aussahen und von uns nicht benutzt wurden. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche waren sehr sparsam. Über dem Esstisch gab es keinerlei Beleutung und im Kühlschrank war diese defekt. Auch gab es in der Wohnung keine Uhr und Thermometer. Von ein wenig Dekoration ganz zu schweigen. Die Jalousien an den Fenstern waren auch verschmutzt ( Ungeziefer und Spinnen ). Im Bad waren zu wenig Aufhänger für Handtücher und Waschlappen für 2 Personen, für 4 wirds spannend. Wem diese Widrigkeiten nichts ausmacht, der kann die Wohnung unbedenklich nehmen.
