About this property

My apartment is a four-bed apartment (3 adults and 1 child up to 9 years *) in the residence Sant'Anna del Volterraio (4 stars) with greenery, a large swimming pool, a pool for toddlers, a restaurant - also pizzeria -, 2 tennis courts (for a fee), 350 meters from the pebble beach (Bagnaia). The well maintained apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, a living room with color TV and sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, an outdoor patio with umbrella, table and chairs overlooking the bay of Portoferraio! Guests also have access to an underground car park and a cellar with a washing machine. Located in the bay of Portoferraio, Bagnaia, the residence is located in a quiet area and is particularly suitable for families with children, but also for couples looking for a romantic love nest. On the beach is also a German sailing school and behind the residence are trails for hiking or for bikes particularly suitable. My accommodation is NOT suitable for Seniors.
70 € for the reception and the final cleaning will be given in cash on arrival to the caretaker.

Ein wundervolles Reiseerlebnis

Wir - Familie mit zwei Kindern - haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Scillas Wohnung verbracht. Scilla hat uns während des Aufenthaltes mit sehr nützlichen Tipps versorgt und die Reise noch angenehmer werden lassen. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles Notwendige, ist schön eingerichtet und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Da wir Ende September vor Ort waren, war die Anlage, auf der sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, nicht stark frequentiert. Die Kinder genossen den sehr schönen Pool der Anlage. Elba ist definitiv eine Reise wert und Bagnaia ein guter Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden Insel. Portoferraio ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 min entfernt.

Vacanza a Bagnaia

Molto soddisfatti. L'appartemento è molto carino, pulito e funzionale. Immerso in un parco molto ben tenuto e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Bagnaia, una spiaggia di poche pretese ma a nostro avviso molto carina e poco affollata, da dove si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti magari mangiando un'ottima pizza da asporto presa alla pizzeria a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Molto gentile e pronta a consigliare spiagge e luoghi da visitare la proprietaria e molto cordiale anche la signora della reception addetta all"accoglienza. Consigliato!
