Easy-Going and Relaxing Holidays

We stayed here three years in a row and have nothing but the words of compliments for the location, apartment and people. Nicole and Dimi, the owners, are open-hearted, welcoming and hospitable, always ready to help. They will fix any problem you might have in their cheerful and friendly way. They greeted us in the warmest possible way each time we arrived. The apartments are clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped with literally everything you may need during your stay. They are decorated stylishly and with great care, giving you a sense of home. The adjacent balcony is big and perfect for evening family reunions. The house is in a peaceful surrounding and the beach is so close that it is ideal for the early-morning or late-afternoon swim. There are other nearby beaches to choose from, all of them with soft sand and warm clear waters – our favourite being Ammolofoi. The city of Kavala with its magnificent panorama is only a 15-min drive away, a nice place for shopping, sightseeing or just idle strolling. A visit to the nearby archaeological site of Philippi is an unforgettable experience. It is the tranquil, easy-going and relaxing atmosphere that makes us return to Luca Apartments year after year – something that you intensely look for when going on a holiday!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit Familie

wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern 10 und 16 da und haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt Nicole hat uns mitten in der Nacht an unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen. uns haben die 2 Wochen bei Dimi und Nicole sehr gut gefallen und werden sicher nochmal kommen🙂 Dankeschön nochmal und hoffentlich bis bald

Freundliche Vermieter, gute Lage

Aufgrund der Hauptstraße ist es etwas laut, aber ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Sauber, gute Lage und sehr freundliche und verfügbare Vermieter. Wir bekamen ohne Probleme ein Extrakissen und eine defekte Glühbirne wurde sofort gewechselt. Regelmäßig werden die Handtücher gewechselt (wir waren nur 5 Nächste dort, laut anderer Beschreibungen werden sonst auch die Bettlaken gewechselt). Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Eine Klimaanlage befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, mit 4 Personen schliefen 2 im Wohnzimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen, aber kein griechisches. Ein Parkplatz ist im Hof. In der Nähe sind unter anderem ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke, ein Fischladen, ein Mini-Market, ein Lidl (etwas weiter entfernt in Iraklitsa) und Restaurants. Empfehlenswert (wurde uns von Einheimischen empfohlen) ist die Taverne Χελιδόνι (Chelidoni) ein paar hundert Meter die Straße nach Kavala entlang, nahe der BP-Tankstelle. Strände mit Bewirtung und Liegen/Schirmen gibt es die Straße in Richtung Westen folgend nahe der Landzunge mit Ruine. Das schöne Kavala liegt ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt.

Einfach genial. Wir sehen uns im Juli 2017 wieder. Uns werdet ihr nicht mehr los:-)

Ein toller Ort, eine tolle Familie und super schöne Tage. Wir bedanken uns für die nette Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Bambuli. Ich kann nur positive Gesichtspunkte anführen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr glücklich in Kavala. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen, Tipps und Hilfeleistung war die nette Familie Bambuli sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt. Wunderbar 2.0

Wunderbar 2.0 Hallo ihr lieben, auch in diesem Jahr haben wir uns entschlossen unseren Urlaub bei Dimi und Nicole zuverbringen. Wie auch in letzen Jahr haben wir hier einen Traumhaften Urlaub genießen können. Dieses Mal sind wir zusammen mit meinem Neffen, meiner Schwester und meinem Schwager gereist und haben gleich zwei Wohnungen gemietet. Die Wohnungen waren wieder sehr sauber und alles aus meiner Bewertung aus dem letzten Jahr (Wunderbar) kann ich wieder vollstens bestätigen😍. Dieses Jahr waren wir wieder auf dem Basar in Neaperamos und Iraklitza. Hier gibt es alles was man sich nur vorstellen kann😊( von Taschen,Uhren, Schuhe bis zu Bettwäsche). Fast jeden Tag waren wir am traumhaften Strand direkt gegenüber und haben dort jede Sekunde genossen. ☀️☀️☀️Was neu war, wir sind nach Thassos gefahren. Ein super Abenteuer was auch ohne Auto problemlos erreicht werden kann. 🚌Wir sind direkt vor der Wohnung losgefahren. Kinder unter 4 Jahren müssen nichts bezahlen für die Busfahrten. Von Palio sind wir mit dem Bus nach Kavala (1,80), von dort nach Keramoti (10,40) und dann mit der Fähre nach Thassos (3,80), Kinder unter 4 dürfen wieder umsonst fahren. In Thassos angekommen waren wir so fasziniert von der kleinen Einkaufsläden, das wir unseren Plan schwimmen zu gehen am Goldstrand einfach über Bord gekippt haben😊. Hier gab es leckere Olivenöle und Honig und ganz viele Leckereien, Gewürze und schöne Cremes. Am letzten Tag hatten wir ein Auto und sind nach Drama gefahren. Dort ist donnerstags immer ein Basar/Markt. Drama ist auch leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar (3,80) Der Urlaub in Palio, bei Dimi und Nicole ist und bleibt einfach ein Urlaub der zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen ist. Ein Urlaub bei Freunden!
