The comfortable, 2 room apartment in alpine style (sleeps 2-4) in the holiday complex „Haus Mariandl“ is centrally located. It is about 350m to the village centre, to the Lake Wössner See or the indoor pool only about 5 walking minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor of the rear house and equipped with a complete fitted kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with day light. From the balcony and the bay you have a great view of the mountains. For your relaxation in the house: sauna, solarium and Kneipp shower installation. Massage, pedicure and cosmetic in the house upon agreement. Equipment: towels, bed linen and underground parking included in the price. Washing machine and clothes dryer are available. Colour TV (cable), radio with cassette and CD player are also to be found in the apartment.

Gute Wohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Positiv: Große Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung und sehr vollständiger Geräteausstattung. Guter Fernseher und ausgezeichnetes Internet. Negativ: Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, zum Beispiel Schimmelgeruch im Schlafzimmerschrank, defektes Lampenleuchtmittel, Silikonfuge an Badewanne eingerissen, tropfender Wasserhahn in der Küche.

Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sonst alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Toplage aber ein paar kleine Mankos

die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lies ein wenig zu wünschen übrig und außerdem waren leider Bettwäsche und Handtücher am Anreisetag nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Ausziehcouch war defekt und wurde leider auch nicht während unseres Aufenthalts repariert.

Das Schöne liegt nicht nur in der Ferne...

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Sitzecke mit Blick auf Berge,Wiesen und Kühe. Auch ein schöner großer Balkon, bei uns war es dafür leider noch zu kalt. Küche gut ausgestattet, Tiefgarage vorhanden. Und wichtig anzumerken: Wohnung ist nach hinten raus, also sehr ruhig! Die Gegend drumherum ist wunderschön mit den Bergen und dem Chiemsee in der Nähe.
