Our renovated vacation villa is located just a few steps away from the pool (one of several) and the waterfront restaurant, a few minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island, and a less than 5 minute drive to Red Hook with its marina, restaurants and shops.

Before opening the front door, you will walk over a charming walkway surrounded by lush gardens and the welcoming of the tropical shade of palm trees. We are located on what is known as the Terrace Level where you will walk down a set of steps on your way to the villa and our own little walkway to our entrance.

You will immediately notice the 180 degree unobstructed views of Water Bay, Thatch Cay, St. John, and down island views of the British Virgin Islands. The views are definitely spectacular!. The wrap around balcony is an ideal place to have your morning coffee or tea, lunch, romantic dinner, or to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the cool tropical breezes.

Once inside, Sea to Believe will make you feel right at home with its newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, inviting bedroom, comfortable living room, and remodeled bathroom. In addition to the relaxing and scenic layout, amenities include flat screen TV (with cable), DVD player, movies, board games, and books. There are 2 ceiling fans and AC for your comfort. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available.

Our condo is located at Point Pleasant Villas and is privately managed by us. This is our home away from home where we vacation too! Don’t worry, we have an on-island manager to help us out. We are not part of the on-site rental program. Our Guests have use of the location amenities including the 3 pools, 2 restaurants, on-site shuttle (available from 9am to 6pm) and Captain's lounge where you will find brochures for activities. We also use a concierge service if you would like a referral!

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.

Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.
