Great villa masses of room with everything you need for a large group or family

Brilliant holiday for our family group of 11 including 5 children.Villa was very spacious,never felt crowded.We all loved the pool,especially the children who were in it constantly.Villa has everything you need for a large group or family.Emerald island resort is really nice,close to all the Disney parks.It has its own 2 pools,bar,fitness room etc and the staff are always on hand for information.A great holiday

The best we’ve stayed in

We have stayed in several villas and this by far the best we have stayed in. Clean, spacious and a fantastic location. Ann was so helpful and would definitely recommend her home to anyone

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for three weeks in Aug 10 with our two young children and it felt like a week. We had such a great time it just went so quickly. The villa is lovely with everything you could possibly want. It was clean. There was loads of helpful info in the villa.The pool was lovely. Ann was really helpful. We are not great fans of going back to the same villa but we would definitely go back again.

Great home away from home!

We have returned to Disney World 6 times over the past 12 years. We have stayed on property and at various homes. This by far was our favorite place to stay and we have already booked to stay here again. The house and pool are wonderful, the parks are close and we have never had any issues with booking or the property. I highly recomend staying here if you plan on visiting Orlando.

My family and I have stayed here four times now and have enjoyed every visit. I have stayed in and visited other villas but this one is far above the standard of others and is the best laid out of them all. It is very clean and you can see every detailed effort has been made to make your holiday the best it can be from the pool to travel cots, strollers and child stair gates. The detail to make your holiday easy has been applied at all levels. Situated In a gated community you feel very safe and the Emerald Island is well maintained. Everything listed in the villa was present and of excellent standard and really felt like a home from home but much bigger. Booking the villa was effortless and Ann Cook makes it very easy. I recommend this villa to all my friends and family. No need to take towels, hair dryers, hair curlers, they are all there, don't even need many shirts or shorts as the washing machine and dryer are first class. We have traveled with hand luggage only and bought everything we need there. Not far from all the shops you need it is ideally located and just being a few miles from Disney it is great for getting back and just relaing in the pool and jacuzzi after a hard day at the parks and when you don't go to the parks it's ideal for just relaxing and taking it easy but don't forget to look out of the bedroom window in the evening, you may see the firworks at Disney.. I have not mentioned anything about the bedrooms etc you can read about it on the home page and it's all true. What I will say is if you want to visit Orlando and need a villa that ticks all the boxes, this is it and guess what I am returning this year with my new grandaughters to share what is a wonderful villa and a great holiday.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the Disney area long, long ago on our first visit in the 80's, well before Emerald Island resort was planned.. We realised it was the perfect LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! with Disney parks so close by it was the perfect place for vacations with our young children. Now they are all grown up and still love visiting the parks....and the malls..

What makes this property unique

We loved our house the moment we set foot on the sidewalk. Backing onto lush conservation area & just a 5 minute stroll to the Clubhouse it has a great position on the resort. The floor plan is the largest of the 6 bed homes with a loft space for kids and teens to enjoy their own living area, tv & games console. The extended pool deck and huge lanai makes it ideal for sun worshippers - we splashed out on the best loungers - they are truly luxurious. The house appealed to us immediately as a great home for family vacations - 12 years later we are still so excited to arrive and sad to leave!!
