About this property

Casa palma is located on the beach just a step off the 'famous sidewalk'. The beautifully landscaped property extends 320ft. From the sidewalk to the edge of the caribbean. Take the meandering cemented sidewalk to your beachfront porch. These units have been recently completed. There are 2 identical units with an interior connecting lockable door. The bedroom has a queen size bed. All linen & towels including beach are provided. There is ac & ceiling fans in both living & bedroom. Living room has futon which can convert to a double bed. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee maker & all utensils. There is wi-fi, flat screen tv,dvd, & a small collection of books. There is a small safe for your valuables & security bars for your peace of mind.
On the premises there is a clothesline & a washer & dryer are available. Bicycles & housekeeping are also available upon request.
The covered porch is a perfect place to dine, relax or swing in your hammock.

Great location beautiful beach front property

We really enjoyed the spacious patio and private beach. Location is great, on one side you have the private beach and on the other the sidewalk that runs the length of the strip giving us easy walking access to everything. It was a bit confusing to find and check in, and we were unsure of where to park our rental car but it all worked out in the end. Everything we needed was there for us.

A Taste of Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Palma. It is in a great location, right on a private beach and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Despite being so close to town, it felt very private. We took a couple of amazing snorkeling tours to the reef and a trip up the Monkey River to see the howler monkeys. Kayaks and paddleboards were available and we enjoyed early morning paddles on the calm seas. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We recommend Casa Palma for an unforgettable island experience!

Great beachfront property!

We loved the apartment! Right on the beach with amazing views. Close enough you can everywhere you want to but we chose to rent a golf cart. Money and time well spent!

Great location, fantastic hosts, private paradise

We loved our stay at Casa Palma - it felt like we had our own private resort! The property has a massive private beachfront that is groomed daily, and because there are so few units at Casa Palma we essentially had it all to ourselves. The location is at the tail end of the famous boardwalk, which means you feel like you're far enough from the touristy areas to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to easily walk to a ton of great restaurants and bars. There is also a large grocery store within a 5 minute walk which is great for picking up something to cook for dinner or to stock up on local rum. The unit itself is modern and well-equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen and AC, with a TV and cable with popular local, American, and Canadian stations (good for catching your favourite sports team while away from home). The family that runs Casa Palma were SUPER helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We felt very well taken care of and would recommend Casa Palma to anyone looking for some very relaxed family time by the ocean.

Perfect

Perfect vacation. Casa Palma was better than I could have ever imagined. Bikes, Kayaks, grille. Beautiful landscape. Excellent location to shops, restaurants and of course the exquisite Caribbean Sea was right outside my door. I was enormously lucky to have selected Casa Palma and I already have plans to return for a longer stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

As we reside in Toronto Canada, we were looking for a vacation place in the sunny south. Somewhere we could escape the winter weather. After one visit to Placencia Belize we found our place. We travel at different times of the year & have never been disappointed with the weather. Placencia is our home base-mountains to the northwest,rain forest, waterfalls, Jaguar reserve, not to mention the great snorkeling, swimming with the giant turtles.
This country is so diverse; a melting pot of different cultures:Mayan, Mennonites & Garfuna. We enjoy the warm & genuine friendly people of Belize.
I built this home for our getaway & wanted to share it with family, friends & others who also enjoy a laid-back lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

This property is situated on the best section of the beach for swimming or just relaxing. All activities are within walking distance but we still are located in a serene & private area. Placencia is the jewel of Belize. Being on a peninsula there is the lagoon on the west & Caribbean on the east. There are hundred of cayes to explore from national parks to deserted islands. Coral reefs & aquatic life is spectacular. Just imagine looking from your porch to see dolphins & manatee swimming. There are a multitude of adventures that await you if you choose - fishing, snorkeling,cave tubing, biking or just relax with a good book. Placencia has it all!

What makes this property unique

The two ground floor rental units are have interior connecting doors which would be perfect for 2 couples or larger families. This property is also suited for older couples with mobility issues as is has a cemented side walk & it is on the beach level. We have tried to provide a safe & secure rental property. The grounds are meticulously maintained by the onsite custodian, Perfecto & wife Rosella.
