Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good for access to grocery shopping at Publix. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the use of the golf cart was very good to get around. The management staff was very polite, courteous and responsive and always answered the phone. The carpets in the home were very dirty with either cat or dog urine and poop stains in the master bedroom. I was told the owners were going to replace them, too bad it wasn't before we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans and appliances worked well.

Not the best rental we've had

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner of the property needs to pay more attention to it. The golf cart did not work for the first couple of days until the batteries were replaced. We encountered a problem with ants inside the home which we lived with for over half our stay. The property management people were very helpful and did everything they could to rectify the problem.
