Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Lage ist optimal in einer ruhigen Straße nahe dem Zentrum. Einen Stern Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gibt es, da das Haus nicht gereinigt war. Dies war aber ein Fehler seitens der Reinigungsfirma, die falsch terminiert hatte, was nach Rückmeldung umgehend behoben. 2 Sterne Abzug bei der Genauigkeit des Inserats sind bedingt dadurch, dass das Bild vom Außenbereich recht alt ist und mittlerweile eine Hecke rund um das Grundstück ist. Die Hecke selbst ist eher positiv zu bewerten, da sie Blickschutz bietet. Aber ein sehr hoher Baum lässt nur morgens bis ca. 9.30 h und mittags zwischen 14 h und 16 h Sonne zu. Das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Wohlfühlmomente 😎…., Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Der relativ kurzfristig gebuchte Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt war für uns ein Glücksfall. Von hier aus konnten wir alles sehr gut zu Fuß oder wie täglich mit unseren Rädern erledigen, für letzteres gab es einen verschließbaren Schuppen. Das Haus selbst bietet den Vorzug zweier separater Bäder inkl. Toiletten. Die ruhige Lage wussten wir im besonderen Maße zu schätzen, das Abendessen auf der Veranda täglich ein Muss. Wir kommen ganz sicherlich irgendwann gerne wieder. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich persönlich dennoch, es wäre schön wenn beim nächsten Aufenthalt andere Matratzen vorhanden wären.

Tolle Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt, der 3. in diesem Objekt, war wie immer perfekt. Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Eine rundum schöne Woche in Zingst. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen läßt

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles perfekt und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war perfekt, zügig und freundlich. Gerne wieder.
