This gracious and elegant property is a unique short term rental and event space in the central part of downtown/Midtown Atlanta. It has been used by movie stars, business executives, company staff, families, and anyone desiring to stay in a beautiful home rather than a hotel. It's also been the location for various movie shoots and is popular with the film industry.

Our property is within walking distance of popular Piedmont Park (the Central Park of Atlanta also designed by Olmstead); one block to multiple restaurants, a deli, a small grocery store, Caribou coffee, a spa/nail salon, and doctor's offices. The MARTA rail system is 5 blocks away and takes you to all of downtown, Buckhead, and south Atlanta. Within a 3-mile radius are many Atlanta attractions - Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, World of Coke, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, Martin Luther King, Jr. home and historical center, Carter Center, Fox Theater, Symphony Hall, High Museum. We are a short MARTA or $5 Uber ride to the Georgia World Congress Center and America's Mart for trade shows and major events. We are also close to several wedding venues and convenient to Emory University, Georgia Tech University, , Morehouse College, Spelman, College, Georgia State University, and Clark Atlanta University.

The library contains a queen size Murphy bed and serves as a 4th bedroom when needed. It shares the upstairs hall bath. Double glass doors open to the private, fenced back yard.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: the master suite with king bed and walk-in closet plus all marble master bathroom with jetted tub, stand alone glass shower, and double vanities; and two bedrooms with queen beds. All bedrooms have full private baths. Additionally, attached to and part of the master suite is a small gym. This is not a totally private room but it is separated from the master by a small hallway and could be used as an extra bedroom with an air mattress. A washer and dryer are available in the upstairs hall. The house can sleep no more than 8 adults.

There is a two-car garage, a very desirable amenity in this area of town where parking is limited and towing strictly enforced. One space in the garage is included in the rental of the main house.

A carriage house in back is newer construction and is a studio apartment with a king size bed, living area, dining area, and kitchenette, plus a separate full bath. The kitchenette contains a sink, regular size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2-burner hot plate, and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided. The carriage house rents separately for $1,895/mo but can also be rented with the main house for $1,595/mo. The carriage house rental includes one space in the garage.

EVENTS: The house is also available for events such as small weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, luncheons, business meetings, retreats, reunions, etc. An extra event fee applies depending on the size of the event and your plans for use of the facility. Contact us to discuss this option.
