Great location. 4 minute walk to the beach and Watson's Creek as your back yard-- great for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. Kayak/SUP rental just a block away. Accommodated our family of 8 just fine. Well equipped kitchen. Shed with beach chairs, umbrella, body boards and various floaties for the water. Outdoor shower as every beach house should.. Ate most of our meals outside overlooking the water.

Almost ideal house to rent in Manasquan for a large crowd. Open floor plan on the ground floor with easy access to the beach and Watson's creek out the back door. We plan on coming again

I built this house in 1997 for use by my family. It includes everything I wanted for my own use, while it location on the water provides endless opportunities for fun by the whole family.

What makes this property unique

The home's location allows vacationers access to the tidal water for swimming, fishing, crabbing and boating, while being only a 900 foot walk to the ocean.
