This Spacious Sunny Duplex Apartment has FREE WiFi and was entirely re-furbished in 2005 and has been subsequently updated on an ongoing basis. The accommodation comprises. Lounge /Kitchen, Master Bedroom with Kingsize Bed (with room for a z bed or cot for a third young child)and fitted Wardrobes. Bathroom, with Second Twin Bedroom upstairs. The apartment has superb views from the balcony down to Los Cristianos and the Sea.Los Diamantes 3 is a small quiet refurbished complex, with heated swimming pool. It is located in the upmarket Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos. There is family run pool bar on the complex serving drinks and meals all day and within 5 minutes walk there are 10 excellent International Restaurants plus a number of bars. Los Cristianos town is a 10 minute stroll away. The apartment has Satellite TV with BBC1, 2 ITV and various Sport and Movie Channels. On the complex there is also a large elevated sun terrace, which is in full sun all day with superb panoramic views down to the Harbour. There is extensive street parking outside the Complex.

Los Diamantes This complex is designed over 3 separate phases, each phase having its own private swimming pool, and sunbathing terraces. Los Diamantes also has an on-site supermarket and two Poolside bars both serving snacks and hot food. Within 300 metres there are a number of excellent bars and restaurants, while another convenience of this complex is the facility of street parking - a very rare advantage in the popular tourist resorts of South Tenerife. This is a small complex far enough away from the centre so as not to suffer from late night noise, but near enough to be able to walk in to town

Useful information. Tenerife Golf is booming and the island has established itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe with five championship level golf courses open to the public in Tenerife. These include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses as it has hosted rounds of the European PGA Tour. There is also the stunning Costa Adeje course, which has hosted the European PGA Tour. This is now becoming known amongst the premier golf courses in Tenerife together with the Las Americas Golf Course and the new Buenavista Golf Course situated on the north west of Tenerife cost line. The other highly recommended course is the 9 hole - par three Golf Los Palos. This beautiful and challenging short course is ideal for beginners or for perfecting the short game. Los Diamantes is ideally situated for easy reach within 15 - 20 minute taxi ride to the FIVE golf courses.

General information Los Cristianos is very well served by buses, which will take you to all parts of Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card in advance (although it is not obligatory) as this will give you a 30%-50% discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz are all within reach providing access to Loro Park, Parque Nacional de las Canadas del Teide.... Taxis are comparatively cheap and will get you around Playa de las Americas, and any of the local Golf courses....

Fantastic Stay

We (two adults and two children,10 and 8) stayed in this apartment for two weeks in September 2016 and I highly recommend it. It was easy to book, I was emailing Brad who was extremely helpful and professional. The keys arrived in plenty of time with a note explaining anything we needed to know.

Lovely touch to have milk and water there when you arrive.

The apartment is well kept, clean and modern. Everything we needed was there, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, sheets etc. It is quiet day and night, we weren't disturbed at all.

Double bed in the main room (most hotels abroad seem to do only singles) and plenty of storage for hanging up your clothes. Plus a safe in this room.

There was always hot water for having a bath/shower and for washing dishes. The washing machine in the bathroom was a big plus!

Keep the curtains closed on the sliding door if you are going out for the day and the apartment will be lovely and cool when you get back! The balcony gets sun all day.

The other bedroom was up a few steps which might not be suitable for very small children, although when I think about it, there might have been a baby gate in the wardrobe??

It's on the third floor so there are a few steps up (was sometimes a bit tiring after being out all day!) but there was fantastic views. Plus the balcony overlooks the swimming pool. I think it's possible to use three different swimming pools but we stuck to the one under us.

There is a snack bar at that pool which is really nice and great value. Especially the breakfasts and smoothies.

There's a great supermarket right around the corner and several restaurants across the road and more around the corner. Beside these is a place selling tickets for excursions and the bus stop for these and others is not far away.

We walked to the beach mostly but it is a bit of a trek if you're no good in the heat! Taxis are cheap and there's a rank around the corner.

All in all this apartment was honestly perfect and we had a brilliant stay in Tenerife!

Lovely apartment with a great sunny balcony. Bathroom could do with updating but otherwise great

owner Brad was easy to get in contact with + responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Lovely area with lots of restaurants + shops nearby. Apartment is lovely + clean with lots of towels. Milk + water on arrival was a nice touch. The balcony gets the sun early until teatime + is a decent size. Complex was quiet in early May so we had the upper terrace to ourselves a lot, pool area kept well + the bar downstairs does a great breakfast, though the staff were not very friendly in fact a bit surly at times. Would book here again

Lovely apartment

The property was exactly as described , bright and airy with a lovely balcony . The instructions we received were easy to follow and we found every thing as it should be . The only slight negative was the bathroom was smelly not too sure why but I think the owners are thinking of updating it at some point .The stairs to the bedroom upstairs are fairly steep so I think if you take children maybe you should be aware of this as they could be quite dangerous . One the whole my friend and I really enjoyed the stay and would return .

With regards to the couple of items you raised, you will be pleased to hear that the smell in the bathroom was due to a faulty seal on the drainage outlet and this has now been rectified. For those people travelling with children we have a child gate in the main bedroom, which can be fitted at the top of the stairs. Location was excellent

Apartment was very clean, ready for occupation. We had no problems during our stay. Facilities were exactly as described. Views to the sea were magical. The pool bar was worth the trip on its own, good prices, good quality, the most friendly atmosphere you could wish for. Stairs to upstairs bedroom were a little steep and care was needed. Would we go back? Yes we would.

Luxury sunshine getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised at arriving at the apartment to find it spacious and very well laid out. The interior is quite modern and well equipped with everything you could wish for. The washing machine was a definite bonus. It was a lovely touch to have water and milk waiting for us so that we could have a drink without having to rush to the supermarket. The views from the balcony are brilliant. It was great to watch the ferries coming in and out of the harbor. Complex was very peaceful. Pool and sunbathing areas very clean and tidy. Brad and Helen are very helpful and the booking process was really simple. It was nice to have the keys to take with us so we were able to gain entry as soon as we arrived. The apartment is in a great position far enough out of the hussle and bussle but within easy walking distance of all amenities. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a relaxed peaceful holiday. We fully intend to book it again in the future.

Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay. There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade. In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F... There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There are two fantastic local water parks for the children with a free bus, which picks up in the local area. Various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also various fishing trips. This holiday has something for everyone.
