Waterfront. Genuine and charming part of Venice. Clean and light. Scenic views.

Both bedrooms with romantic small balconies overlooking the 2 canals below and the picturesque views.

Renovated and spacious: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. Our charming apartment is clean, light & comfortable. Polished wood flooring throughout. Handsome antique furniture, genuine Murano chandeliers. Sleeps 6.

The main bedroom has 1 king-size bed and 1 large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 fold away bunk bed for maximum flexibility. The living room has 1 sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults.

The fully equipped kitchen seats 6 people, has a gas stove & oven. Washing machine and ironing facilities. Wood paneled bathroom with shower and ample mirror.

Fabulous for our family of five!

We loved our stay here. Just the most amazing location… the loveliest area of Venice we felt, after lots of walking around the city! We adored eating our breakfasts on the balconies overlooking the canals, and we adored eating dinners in the restaurants just across the water! Allegra was so easy to communicate with and she and Luisa were accommodating with our check in and check out times. We would love to return!

Lovely apartment, perfect location

We loved this apartment and its location. Central to everything, yet away from the crowds, with a really authentic feel. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes just a stone's throw away, as well as a bakery and gelateria! It was perfect for the needs of our family - 2 adults, an 11 year-old and 15 year-old. The host made checking in and out very easy. If we are lucky enough to come back to Venice we would love to stay here again.

Great location, great stay

A fantastic 18th birthday celebration— even during COVID! We loved the location of Casa Allegra and the dual aspect onto the canal, plus the two balconies Which we enjoyed sitting or standing on watching boats going by and people Walking or eating out. It was very hot and humid during our visit so they also offered a lovely breeze at night. The apartment was great for what we wanted, the description and photos on the listing are cleverly done. We found it to be a bit small though with our two teenage children sharing the bunk bed, but it worked well for the 4 nights. There were a few wonderful restaurants right there. Allegra quickly resolved a refund for other cancelled dates, responded to messages and was flexible with our check-out time. However, knowing the exact address, which apartment, would have made Checking in easier as we ended up mistakenly ringing bells of neighbors. We found the many guide books and restaurant recommendations very useful. What a special time to see Venice! Thank you.

Bittersweet April

I love this apartment. It is comfortable, light-filled, and in a perfect location. It has all the conveniences one needs to really enjoy a vacation and relax completely. It is well furnished and well equipped. The owners manage their property so well and are responsive, kind, and ethical. I’ve stayed multiple times, and have already reserved for 2021. I couldn’t travel there this year and it just about broke my heart. Venice is at her best when viewed from the balcony of this special property.
