Toller Kurzurlaub in der Röhn

Liebe Familie Pfeil, liebe Frau Seng, Sie haben super flexibel auf unsere sehr kurzfristige Buchungsanfrage reagiert und uns in Ihrem schönen Haus einen tollen Kurzurlaub ermöglicht. Die nette Überraschung auf dem Wohnzimmertisch zur Anreise hat uns sehr gefreut. Die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche ist bemerkenswert. Die netten Begegnungen mit Frau Seng waren eine echte Bereicherung - unserer Tochter hat sie auch noch ein tolles Erlebnis geschenkt. Danke für alles !

Funktional

Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestaltet. Als Unterkunft nach längeren Tagestouren war das für uns in Ordnung, einen ganzen Tag nur im Haus hätten wir aber nicht verbringen wollen. Das Haus ist im großen und ganzen ruhig gelegen, wobei nachts bei offenem Fenster der vereinzelte Verkehr deutlich hörbar ist. Durch die Nähe zur Schnellstraße sind viele der Premium-Wanderwege innerhalb von 30min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig - selbst ein Pürierstab oder ein Handruhrgerät sind vorhanden. Gewürze (abgesehen von Salz und Pfeffer) müssen aber wie Essig, Öl und Toilettenpapier selbst mitgebracht werden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Frau Seng, der Hausverwalterin, begrüßt. Überrascht hat uns, dass wir den aktuellen Stromstand weder bei An- noch bei Abreise gemeinsam abgelesen haben, wie wir das sonst kennen, wenn der Strom separat berechnet wird. Der aktuelle Zählerstand war für uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt einsehbar. Zudem stimmte der in der Anzeige notierte Strompreis nicht mit dem uns angerechneten überein (dieser Betrug 45ct/kWh und war damit fast 1,5 mal so teuer). Auf eine freundliche Rückfrage beim Vermieter bekamen wir eine pampige Antwort. Die Vermieter hatten geplant während unserer Anwesenheit zum Rasenmähen vorbei zu kommen - wir waren froh, dass sie dies nicht geschafft haben, da sie offenbar mit im Haus gewohnt hätten und das Bad im Treppenhaus somit für uns nicht ungesehen zugänglich gewesen wäre.

Wie nicht anders zu erwarten, war auch in diesem Jahr der Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Familie Pfeil wieder sehr sehr schön. Alles top gepflegt und sauber, was auch ein Verdienst von Frau Seng der Hausverwalterin ist. Wir würden sehr gern, falls es uns gesundheitlich noch gut geht, im nächsten Jahr hier wieder Urlaub machen.
