Beautiful, light, apartment with balcony and a view of the port. Totally refurbished to an excellent standard. 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Air-conditioned. Wi-Fi. Lovely parquet flooring. Fully equipped.

Local Services: There are excellent local shops including a wonderful Patisserie just outside the apartment building. There is a wide selection of restaurants for all budgets within 2 minutes walk. Also within 2 minutes walk bus stops to Nice airport and Monaco.

About Amione Elias

My wife and me moved to the area more than ten years ago. We decided to stay in Nice because we love the city, it´s a wonderfull place to live and visit. It has many things to do. We do have some apartments for rental and we love it.

It´s location and wonderfull it's the trendy area in Nice. Located in a XIX century luxury building.

When we visit the property we didn`t hessitate to buy it. We felt in love inmediately.

What makes this apartment unique

The port of Nice is full of live, it has many restaurants, all kinds of commerces, beaches and fantastic views. Is really very easy to move around, walking or taking public transport, buses, tram and train.

You can't beat the location of this property, beside the lovely port and old town

A spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms in a handsome building with pretty communal courtyard.

Elias was excellent with instructions to get there and met us there pretty much at our convenience and we appreciated that. He also allowed us to give part of our deposit in GBP so this helped us not taking home lots of euros on our last day.

The apartment was clean but had a stale cigarette smell which did not leave the whole of the stay so I guess.renters regularly smoke there and in my naivety I did not pre check ( it was not mentioned on the website)

Perhaps this would be good additional info in the website write up.

This is only a minus if that sort of thing bothers you.

Owner's Response: You're right, in Nice, the port is the best area to be. It's a pitty that you didn't tell me about the odor, I am sure I could give you a prompt solution of the problem, as a matter of fact, it`s done by now. I did put in the site, that smokers can do it at the terrasse, meaning not inside the apartment. I will be pleased to have you back anytime. My vey best regards.

Great location! Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Elias' apartment. It's spacious, the aircon is amazing, fully equipped and a homely feel but modern. The two bathrooms are great if you're a family. There are a number of restaurants on your doorstep and the best pizza place is only 2min walk. Elias is also a great host and was VERY helpful! Thank you so much!!

Property larger than the photos. The two shower rooms ideal for our family. Air conditioning fantastic. Comfy beds and Elias was absolutely fantastic, recommending places to visit and restaurants and always quick to respond to email. Love being around the port area. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place from which to explore the surrounding area!

Elias was very helpful when we arrived,he showed us around the flat and gave us some great tips: where to get buses from to explore the Riviera; Menton,Monaco and suggested the nearest sandy beach Ville Franche (a beautiful place!).He pointed out all local amenities ,which were on our door step.He also pointed out the rocky beach just around the corner which was fantastic after a days exploring the town,full of local colourful characters!I was also very pleased with the basic kitchen equipment ,we are a family of six and our budget does not allow us to eat out all the time.

Air con was invaluable ,as it was very hot. We fully enjoyed our Holiday!

Wonderful location in Nice

We had a great stay in Nice! It was so nice to have a place to come home to instead of hotel hopping. We loved the location right on the port. It was surrounded by good restaurants and a convenient grocery store and bakery. We were surprised to realize how close the bus stop was that took us to Menton and Monaco. The regional train station is also within walking distance. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to make sure that hand and dish soaps are refilled. Also the salt and pepper would be nice. We ran low and decided not to buy them at the local store. All in all it was a lovely stay and we will definitely consider it again in the future.

By the way, the soap dispensers were full, but thanks to your comment I noticed they dont work, we have replace them.
