Great Place to Stay!

There was a small maintenance issue and the property manager, Scenic Coast Properties, handled it immediately! Would stay there again.

Perfect Stay for Three Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three working actors attending the Cambria Film Festival stayed in the home. They loved it for its location, spaciousness, and amenities. Scenic Coast was responsive, including quickly managing set-up of a cable box. The three guests would happily stay again.

Gorgeous View

This house was perfect for our Dec. get away with friends. With 4 couples it was great to each have a bedroom with attached bathroom. The view is amazing, and the sunsets gorgeous. We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and/ or beach which is just across the road. The house was well equipped. I brought my own hairdryer which was good, since I did not see one in the smaller upstairs bathroom and my friend in the smaller bedroom downstairs also did not see one. The only reason we would not give this house 5 stars is that the kitchen and bathrooms are from 90’s or early 2000’s, but everything was well maintained and clean.
