The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Ocean View - Located 76 steps from the ocean and less than one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

Nice property

Overall this property was clean (only the pool was not when we arrived but someone came the next day to clean it) and comfortable for our party of 7. The only issue we found was with the listing description itself - to any people renting, be aware this property comes with no dish soap, paper towels, sponge, or cleaning products. Linens are also not on the beds when you arrive. We were all tired from long drives and flights, and when we arrived late at night, we had to make our own beds. It would have been nice to have a heads up in the description. But overall this is a beautiful home, great location to the Garden City pier and ocean access. We were comfortable and had a great time. I would recommend this property to others.
