The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Solid spot!

Great location. Plenty of space. Tons of beds and bathrooms which is nice for a big group. Jacuzzi and pool was nice. Only downside was having to make our own beds, add tp and hand soap to bathrooms, buy/bring shampoo and body wash for the trip

Absolutely Beautiful House with Gorgeous View!

Our family absolutely loved staying in the property! It has amazing views of the ocean from both the 1st and 2nd floor balconies. The place is huge! Plenty of room for everyone, the dual refrigerators in the kitchen is a nice touch and the elevator (which only goes from ground-level outside to the first floor not the 2nd floor) is awesome as well. Rent a golf cart, you'll need it. Pros: views and sounds of the ocean abound from the balconies. 2 refrigerators and an ice maker! Jacuzzi, pool and grill in a private backyard; Proximity to the public access beach. Elevator from ground level to 1st floor. Rooms and Bathrooms are modern and luxurious! Washer/Dryer Cons: house is on the corner of a street that connects to Business 17 and as such there's LOTS and LOTS of very loud cars/trucks passing by constantly (opt for unit B which isn't on the Cypress Street side). Not a ton of places to walk/cart to as it's quite a distance away from the heart of Myrtle Beach.

Family/friend vacation

The property was clean, easy access to the beach and ours kids loved it! The pool and hot tub very well maintained! We were there for a week and maintenance was there to maintain the pool and hot tub every other day. We would definitely come back.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

We had 8 of us in the house for a family reunion! It was exactly what we were looking for! Fred walked me through the check in process, and responded within minutes anytime I had a question. Location is so close to the beach!! The house was VERY CLEAN, with comfortable beds, and a bathroom in every bedroom! The Family Room area was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to sit for meals. Kitchen was well equipped, and even had 2 refrigerators! The elevator and patios with rocking chairs were the icing on the cake! We are already planning to stay here again next year!
