Inside, you'll find a large living area with a sectional, gas fireplace, and classic design touches. A cable TV with a DVD player is on hand for nightly entertainment. The well-appointed kitchen features quartz countertops, a stainless steel gas range, and all the other appliances you'd expect in a modern kitchen. Perfect for preparing everything from a big pot of homemade stew to heating leftovers from a dinner out. Step out to the deck to get some fresh mountain air, sip morning coffee, or relax in the sun.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, stylish furnishings, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower, a built-in hair dryer, and a double vanity. The guest room has two twin beds, a TV, a reading chair, and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Extra perks include WiFi and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Ready for some adventure? The whole Tahoe area is a winter wonderland for visitors, and Olympic Valley (named for its hosting of the 1960 Winter Olympics) is no exception. The lifts at Palisades Tahoe are really just outside your door! You'll be able to play on 3,600 skiable acres, perfect for downhill skiing and snowboarding. Hop on the base-to-base gondola to access nearby Alpine Meadows. The Village at Palisades Tahoe is home to shops, spas, and restaurants. Everything from French crepes to hearty sandwiches at Dave's Deli. After skiing, lounge around a firepit with mugs of hot cocoa or have drinks at KT Base Bar. In the summer, there are just as many activities to choose from in Olympic Valley - cycling along the paved bike trail to Tahoe City (there's bike rental right at the Palisades Tahoe resort) or boating on Lake Tahoe. For a great half-day hike, follow the trail down to Shirley Canyon, past waterfalls and large granite boulders. The par-71 championship golf course at the Resort at Squaw Creek will keep the golfers happy.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
