Top floor self-catering apartment with air conditioning, internet access and south/west facing balcony, located off the Chemin des Sables between Juan Les Pins and Antibes, is set in a quiet location within walking distance to all amenities. The bars, restaurants and sandy beaches of Juan Les Pins are a short walk away. Whilst Antibes, one of the oldest towns on the French Riviera, with cobbled streets, local markets, famous Port Vauban, Picasso museum, and Fort Carre is about 15 minutes walk away. Within half an hour's drive you can access the foothills of the Alps, with stunning scenery, gorges and charming medieval villages.

The top floor apartment is fully furnished and has a fitted kitchen comprising washing machine, fridge freezer and induction hob, bathroom with full length bath and shower, separate wc and a superb 20 sq.m. south west facing terrace, accessible from bedroom and lounge. It accommodates up to four people with use of a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a lift and secure off road parking within the development - accessed via electric gates.

Great location

Excellent location with all necessities close at hand, this really was a great find at budget prices. About 10 mins from Juan les Pins and a bit longer to Antibes (there is a regular bus service for those who do).

The property was clean and warm (necessary in February) and had all that was needed.

Many good restaurants nearby with just enough of a walk back to provide a healthy glow. Try the "Espadon" restaurant on the way to the Provencal market.

Contact with the owner was prompt and efficient and I would certainly recommend this property

We want come back again any time

It took us, like the last time, very much in your apartment. Everything was perfect in order. We would be very happy if we could come back soon. Your apartment is very nice, very spacious and well furnished. The location of the apartment is excellent. Walking both Juan le Pain and Antibes is easily accessible. We have made many hikes directly from the apartment, which was much appreciated.

Great, quit and calm apartment close to everything

The apartment is situated in a very quit and calm surrounding with walking distance to JLP center and with about 10 minutes walk to a local bakery in Antibes. The bus stop close to the place is also very positive if you will catch the bus instead of the car. We also enjoyed the big balcony with view over the surroundings. This is really a nice and calm place without traffic noise. The apartment was well equipped and very fresh and clean.

Our contact with the Richard was always very efficient and helpful when we had questions.

We will highly recommend this apartment for a nice stay in JLP.

Couldn't ask for more!

We loved this place and stayed from late June to early July - a perfect time to visit the Riviera. It was the balcony and location which caught our attention, and both lived up to our expectations. It was so nice to leave the hubbub of Juan of an evening and find ourselves relaxing over a glass of wine on the balcony only a 10 minute walk later. And so peaceful...

The air conditioning was a godsend too. Just wish we had booked a longer stay as there are so many places to explore. Next time we'll hire a car and venture further afield.

Just one request Richard - any chance of wifi next year?

As good as before

Having stayed here in 2009 we knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. Once again excellent contact with Richard and all went smoothly. Guaranteed parking and the excellent local public transport service gave the car a good rest after our journey down from Burgundy.

Purely by chance we were lucky that the local bakery, please try it, was closing for a refurb for 14 days a few days after we were due to leave. Bread good, pastries superb, sandwiches wonderful and even in February we were able to toast the start of our holiday with Hot Chocolate and Almond Croissant sitting outside in the sun.

Local tips for restaurants; La Voute in Rue de Sade, always cheerful and friendly and L'Espadon on your way into Antibes for great seafood.

A real find

We spent an excellent 2 weeks here. Perfect quiet, convenient location, but only 10 minute walk to all the hustle and bustle of Juan les Pins and about 20 minutes into the centre of the old town of Antibes. We felt like residents not holidaymakers. Excellent huge balcony which we spent more time on than anything else since there was a heatwave during our stay. Secure parking was a big plus since on street parking is a nightmare in the area. Number 3 bus stops right outside and takes you into Antibes old town where you can get the 250 Nice airport bus near the SNCF station for only 8 euros each way. What could be better? Owner extremely efficient and quick to respond. The property was well maintained and clean and felt just like "home" the minute we arrived. Nice additional touches like books, DVDs and magazines which we dipped into from time to time as our French not quite up to TV standard. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

A local boulangerie / patisserie, grocery store and newsagent is under 10 minutes walk, and so too is the town centre of Juan Les Pins. The nearest beach is Plage de la Salis (10 mins walk). It offers fine white sand, clean water, fresh water showers and good facilities. A Sailing School is located on the beach and offers instruction for all ages, and hire of Cats and single hulls, Kayaks, etc.

A popular way to travel is by Le Petit Train which runs between Juan Les Pins and Antibes town centres, which offers scenic views of the coast as well as a historical commentary accompanied by the strains of Louis Armstrong.

Monaco, Nice, Cannes and the Italian Riviera are only a short train journey away. Trains easily accessible at Juan les Pins or Antibes. St Tropez can be reached by ferry across the bay.

Other Activities: Numerous quality golf courses are within 20-30 minutes distance. Good skiing resort an hour and a half away.
