The villa is located near the town of Olmedo, a short distance from Alghero, from which it is connected with a fast-moving road. Wanting, from the villa, you cut in the direction of Fertilia and you get directly to the beaches without having to go through Alghero.

Equipped with two large kitchens, on three levels, the villa as a whole has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub on the intermediate floor and one with shower on the upper floor) and the possibility of three additional single beds for a total of 9 places available.

The villa consists of 2 floors and the basement, divided as follows:

First floor with independent access: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 furnished terrace, air conditioners.

Ground floor: 1 large room with double sofa bed, 1 additional bed, 1 large bathroom with tub, covered and furnished terrace overlooking the magnificent garden.

Taverna: double bedroom, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bay window to go into the garden.

Garden: lawn, seats, barbecue, outdoor shower.

You will have breakfast in the lush garden in the first rays of the sun and with the singing of birds, while dinner will be illuminated by candlelight in the company of the silence of the night.

In the villa there are 2 kitchens furnished and equipped with everything. The villa has a large veranda with a sitting area overlooking the garden, and a dining corner for outdoor dining with an excellent view of the garden, ideal for people who need to relax.
