Recently renovated 2x1 home located close to the new Perth Stadium, Casino and City.
With public transport at your doorstep it makes it a easy and convenient way to get around Perth. You can even get to Fremantle from our doorstep..
It’s a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to a major shopping centre that has cafes, a cinema and tavern.
Our property has a entertaining area with plenty of room in the back yard.
All bedrooms are fitted with built in USB points.
There are fans to all areas and heating and Airconditioning to the lounge room
