With Marley Beach as its neighbor this lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located on the desirable South Shore. This split level home is very spacious and within walking distance to Astwood Park, Southlands, small coves and the ever so popular sister restaurant Swizzle Southshore (Swizzle Inn). This home comes fully equipped with essentials and amenities to make you feel right at home.

One of our concierge members from Crown Point would be there to greet you upon check in. A land line is provided for you to call should you have any questions or need any assistance.
Mint Royale is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has two neighbors. The surrounding neighborhood is Rocklands Estate. A quiet and famiy friendly neighborhood that has many vacation homes in the area.
Guests have access to the entire house.
located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 4 bedrooms, There are stairs up to the master bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms (one en-suite), large open plan kitchen and dining room, split level, air-conditioned, BBQ, linen and towels included, beach cooler, beach towels, beach chairs provided.
This home is less than a 60 second walk to the main number 7 bus route. This route takes you as far west to Dockyard and as far east into the city of Hamilton where you can transfer on to St. George and other eastern attractions. The fare for the bus is $4.50 per adult. Tickets and passes can be purchased in advance through our concierge.

Taxis are available to call throughout your stay. Taxis can seat either 4 or 7 guests. Please let the dispatch or concierge know what size you will require.

Scooters: Scooters can be rented at Oleander Cycles.

Winter Stay at the Mint Royale
The Mint Royale is located on the South Shore across from Marley Beach and a short bus ride to the awesome Horseshoe Bay. The bus stops in both directions are conveniently located at the end of the drive. The house is lovely. There's plenty of room in the common spaces for a family group, stocked with games, puzzles and books. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, silverware and utensils. The bedrooms are fine and everyone reported comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and the beach. Beach umbrellas, floaties, etc. stocked in the outside storage box. It was a little chilly, being winter, and each of the bedrooms and common areas had up-to-date heaters which worked well. Presumably, the AC would work just as well. The South Shore is a lovely location, but you'll need to get around either by taxi [cost can add up] or by bus. The buses were always on time and using them was very easy. You either head west [blue stop] to the Dockyards or east [pink] to Hamilton where you can transfer to buses going to other locations. Tip: if you arrive during the day, ask your taxi driver to stop at the bus terminal on the way to Mint Royale and pick up bus passes for your group. We bought 7 day passes for $62 - a great deal. If we find ourselves in Bermuda again, we would stay at the Mint Royale.

Nice house but needs some work.
The layout of the house is great. Nice dining and outdoor gathering space. Nice rooms. Here’s the big but. The house seems a bit neglected. The shades and barstools just need to go in the trash. Barstool’s literally fell apart they are so old. The general cleaning like sinks and toilets was good but a good deep cleaning is needed on things like the light fixtures. The light above the stove is covered in grease. Also some maintenance items like faucet handles not working and lightbulbs needing to be replaced. Overall enjoyed the location and the house and Marley beach is gorgeous!
