Venice island freestanding newly remodeled private duplex beach home 1100 sf with great location-our guests tell us so!!! So close to the beach and beautiful gulf waters —-under 1 minute by car or a 5 minute walk 2 blocks up the street! Or walk to Sharkey’s for dinner drinks and live music and the fishing pier. Quiet & very private with own lanai patio and yard! Legacy trail for walking or biking is 1 block away. Wow! So many repeat bookings. The home is so clean and beautifully decorated with amenities you will feel like you are in your favorite hotel.

The island community has everything you need without leaving the island. Don’t want to drive or didn’t bring a car-there are bikes and golf carts for rent.

Or walk everywhere !! Within blocks there are parks, beaches, fishing pier, boating, public golf courses, restaurants & bars pharmacy, food shopping(Publix), municipal post office, hospital, blocks of shops close by our place. Historic downtown Venice a stones throw away!!
Best of all ---close location and super nice stand alone, no steps-one story duplex home not in a complex-lots of privacy yet close to it all-tucked away in a very quiet location with no noise!

An ideal base for a relaxing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice Beach and would love to visit again. The house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, being in a quiet neighbourhood. All of our needs were catered for in the varied kitchen equipment that was supplied. We were pleased too to have covered parking and we made good use of the beach chairs. The local beaches were quiet and unspoiled and we really enjoyed watching the birds there, especially the pelicans, and hunting for sharks’ teeth. The sunsets were just something else! We enjoyed our visits to Downtown Venice, which we found charming, and were lucky to be able to visit the annual Art Festival and then the Chalk Festival. We found several nice places to eat nearby and supermarket shopping was easy too. Ideal.

Great location

We choose to stay at this property because of the proximity to Caspersen Beach. Location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to Caspersen. Property is clean and has everything you need. The screen in back porch is was very enjoyable as well. Communication with host was great. We would stay here again in the future.

Vacation

Very cute place and great location. The cleaning person needs to spend more time doing the details like washing shower curtain that was nasty on the bottom cleaning the wire rack in the sink was full of Crud, trash can was dirty under the pop up lid. I cleaned the sink and the trash can. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Husband and I bought this place because we just love Venice Island. Beaches are more private than many other in Florida! Park in the dunes! Downtown Venice has real charm to it! Very hometown and friendly community with alot of free or inexpensive amenities which are open to the public (rare in FL). There are no condos or buildings on the closest beaches near us-pure nature, beautiful!!!

Why they chose this property

This property is great because it is completely updated but has that 'Old Florida' feel. Renters come back year after year, mostly repeat business. We keep it super clean, comfortable beachy furnishing and well stocked for your vacation stay.

What makes this property unique

The location is very central to many things, and super quiet, you can hear the church bells ring. This along with cleanliness, relaxing feel and furnishings this is why renters tell me they keep coming back.
