The flat is located in one of the most charming districts of the city, El Cabañal. This area is part of the old port village and will offer you an genuine experience of valencian tradition, together with an amazing huge beach (8 min. walk).
It´s well connected to the metro (7 min. walk), tram and buses that can lead you to the city center or any other areas around.
There´s lots of things to do around, like doing some sports over the promenade, a relaxing walk or simply having a classic "horchata" (special drink made from tiger nut). However, If you just feel you don´t wanna move a finger today, you can enjoy the 40 sq. meters terrace and have an amazing view from all this! There are 2 double beds and one double sofa so the place can simply hosts 5 persons.
There´s lots of facilities and shops in less than 5 min. walk, including supermarkets, pharmacies and especially a wonderful food market.
There are lots of cafeterias, quality restaurants and affordable tapas bars around so you will definitely find a way to have a light snack or a proper and tasteful dinner.
