Gorgeous House With Fantastic Sea View

Dive into the realm of a grandiose part of Tuscany's Tyrrhenian sea side. Our entirely renovated house is located on a slight hill 70m above sea level which provides a spectacular sea view. On clear days even the shore of Corsica is visible besides the lovely islands of Giglio and Montecristo. Castiglione's awarded as most cleanest beaches in Italy are just 900 m away from our house on a 10' walking distance.
Our house offers not only 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining room with an open kitchen or a 70 sqm terrace, but also a nice garden and its 1.100 sqm property allows quite a lot of privacy and silence.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft am Hang in einem Pinienwald mit Blick auf das glitzernde Meer, von dem man nicht genug bekommt. An den Strand und in das pittoreske Städtchen Castiglione ist es nicht weit. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Helmut über E-Mail und Federica vor Ort war einwandfrei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder mit unseren zwei Kindern.

Ein wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Dieses Haus ist einfach herrlich. Im Pinienwald nur einige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt gelegen, genießt man den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf den Terrassen. Große Markisen können bei Bedarf für Beschattung sorgen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses, die technische Ausstattung, die Dekoration, alles ist perfekt und funktionell mit viel Liebe und Sinn für das Detail gemacht. Alles ist hell und freundlich. Gleichzeitig ist der Zustand wie nagelneu und perfekt sauber. Die Qualität der Betten ist sehr gut und die 3 Schlafzimmer besitzen eine jeweils einzeln regelbare Klimatisierung. Federica, die nette Hausbetreuerin, war sehr hilfreich und erschien pünktlich zu den verabredeten Terminen. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und professionell - wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen und werden gern wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick und Privatsphäre !

Das Haus hat einen überdurchschnittlichen Einrichtungsstandard, den wir in Castiglione zuvor noch nirgends gefunden haben. Die Lage ist super und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir sind meist zum Strand Bagnio Capezzolo gelaufen oder mit dem Auto an weitere wie Le Marze (unser Lieblingsstrand weil abseits von Sonnenschirmen) oder Cala Violina (Schöne Bucht) gefahren.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal fasziniert von der tollen Lage und dem Haus! Es ist super ausgestattet und in einem perfekten Zustand. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten im Zentrum und in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Von hier aus kann man auch gut Ausflüge machen. Z.B. Pitigliano, Monte Argentario, Talamone und ganz tolle Weingüter usw. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hat super funktioniert!

Incredible!

The house was incredible: modern, new and comfortable. But the best part was the stunning view! It is a short 5-min drive to the best beaches and you could walk too, 15 mins at most down the hill. The caretaker, Federica was a gem and her husband Sasha who runs a small local grocery store was a life saver when we arrived late on our first day and he lept his store open so we can get some supplied for breakfast. Dealing with the owner, Helmut was a real pleasure and we can't wait to come back to Castiglione, which is a truly magical place! Highly, highly recommended!

What makes this property unique

After we bought the house beginning of 2014, we have entirely renovated not only the interiors but also the garden and terrace. We've knocked down walls to build a much more open area for the kitchen, living and dining area (34 sqm).
Everything is just brand new meeting high standards of living. Parquet, bath rooms, bedrooms, windows, shutters, mosquito nets, air condition, water tubes, electrical installations, gas and heating, furnitures, terrace, gras, irrigation system, hedges, fence, entrance door, lights both in- and outdoor.

We're very sure you will very much enjoy this little paradise. It will not be rented out intensively to keep it in the best shape possible making certain that your stay will be a unique one.

We rent the house for a maximum of 6 people (incl. kids, no pets, non smokers only).
