Farran Lee Holiday Cottages, 4 star Deluxe Self Catering Holiday Cottages are available for rental all year round. Overlooking the golf course and with beautiful picturesque scenery. Situated adjacent to the Clubhouse our guests can enjoy some seasonal evening entertainment and all the facilities at Lee Valley. With high quality fixtures and fittings each house comprises. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & utility room with appliances, living room with 32 inch widescreen LCD TV, private balcony. All upstairs bedrooms have LCD TV'S. Reduced green fee rates for residents, club hire and buggy hire available.

Great stay

Huge cottage, well maintained. Kitchen had everything. Linda was very helpful. Location is remote, but this was fine for us. Good food at the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

High quality and spacious

We stayed for 10 days. The house was well maintained, clean and spacious. It's in a nice rural location not far from cork.

Only negatives were that wifi was poor - we paid extra to improve this but speed was very slow even after upgrading. We would have preferred to have basic cleaning chemicals left to enable us to keep the place more clean, it's important for longer stays.

Superb family accomodation

What a beautiful place to stay with my family. We were all extremely impressed by how immaculate the house was. We have always stayed in hotels before but with 3 teenagers it isn't always ideal , this house is the perfect solution with 4 good sized bedrooms so everyone could have their own space at a fraction of the price it was going to cost us to stay in a hotel.

Everything that you could possibly need is provided in the house. Cork city centre only a short distance away with the nearest town Ballincollig only a 5 minute drive.

Very, very impressed with this house and will definitely be staying again, highly recommended.

Excellent accomodation and people

My family (my wife, our 4 boys, a baby sitte and myself) spent two fabulous weeks in this house during the first two weeks of August 2011.

David, Linda and the rest of the Lee Valley Golf Resort's staff made our stay more comfortable than we expected.

The only disadventage are the weather (with no posible solution) and that the house is 15 mins far from Cork (where our children participated in Summer Camps and my wife and myself did English courses).

We recommend this big house, specially if you play golf.

House cleaning is available at an extra cost. Holiday Insurance is not provided with your booking, We recommend you arrange Holiday Insurance for your stay.
The total number of people staying in each holiday home must not exceed the capacity of the house. Extra guests may be asked to vacate the property due to insurance restrictions.
Please advise us on booking of any special requirements or guests with wheelchairs or mobile mobility difficulties to enable us to find you the most suitable accommodation for their needs.
Please advise us upon booking if you require a cot or a high-chair there is no extra charge for either.
Pets are strictly prohibited. Guide dogs are welcome
Should your accommodation with us not be available due to circumstances beyond our control we will try to find similar accommodation for you or give you a full refund.
Lee Valley is not liable for any damage, lost property or personal injury to persons or property at any time during your stay.
Check-in time is 4 o'clock and check out time is before 11.30am. Late check out must be pre booked, late check -out is granted where possible
Should your house not be left in a acceptable condition and additional €100.00 will be charged to your bill. Any maintenance and work that must be carried out to restore the property to its original condition will also be charged.
Electricity and gas are charged at a daily rate of €5.00 from May to September and €8.00 from October to April.
Lost keys are charged at €20.00 per key
If the behaviour or conduct of any individual staying in Farran Lee is likely to affect the safety or well being of other guests or themselves, the rental will be cancelled with no refund. Please note that Peak prices apply during Christmas 18/12/16 - 09/01/17 and Easter 2016. Minimum of 7 nights apply to these dates
