Summary:
Perfectly positioned amongst the delights of Battery Point, with cafes, pubs and dining moments away, Victoria's Terrace has been meticulously renovated and beautifully decorated with local artworks, blending attractive architectural features with modern facilities, to ensure a luxurious stay.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas, is perfect for large families or friends travelling together
Around the corner is Salamanca & the wharf precinct.

The Space:
The home is fully equipped for your stay, whether you choose to do some home cooking, spend time on the couch watching Netflix or using the wifi facilities provided.
Beds are new and very comfortable, and all bed linen including towels are provided by our linen service.
Two of the bathrooms have just been renovated. We provide high quality toiletries and the house is professionally cleaned.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the house for the duration of their stay. There are also 2 bikes in the storage shed at the back of the house if you would like to explore Battery Point on bike. Please note that use of these is at the users own risk, and we suggest you exercise caution particularly as its a popular area for visitors.

The Neighborhood:
Battery Point is a destination for many tourists visiting Hobart due to the architectural style of its houses and buildings, many of which date back to the early European settlement of Tasmania. You often see walking groups visiting the area.
If you enjoy pastries, coffee and good food, you have many great options within a short walk. We consider it the best place to stay in Hobart.

Getting Around:
We say walk (or use one of the bikes) as there are so many attractions on the doorstep. Take a stroll along Hampden Road, down the Kelly Street steps to Salamanca or relax in beautiful Princes Park.

Other Things to Note:
If you're travelling with small children we can supply a porta cot and high chair at no additional cost. Please make sure you let us know if you require one at the time of booking.
Parking is free on the street, however there are time limits during the day between 8am and 6pm. It is untimed overnight.

We leave guests to enjoy the home in privacy however if you do need us we're not far away.

Great location and lovely terrace house

A gorgeous period property - plenty of bedrooms and renovated bathrooms for our group of 6 singles. The location was perfect - walkable to cafes and restaurants and Salamanca(Sat. markets). Also close to the city centre.

Loved staying here. Brilliant house and fantastic location. Owners have thought of everything. Property managers not particularly responsive in the lead up. Was frustrating not to be able to call them.

Hobart 70.3 triathlon trip

this property was terrific. Centrally located near the market, a bike shop, a great bar, and the best bakery in Australia. Having a car was a bit of a hassle during the week as you have to move it every three hours. However, once you got the system down. It was easy to figure out parking on battery point.

Beautiful abode for 2023 Wooden Boat Festival

Most of The Lost Quays (thelostquays.com) & spouses stayed 5 nights in Victoria’s Terrace. Plenty of room for all in this beautifully appointed abode. Indoor and outdoor living areas were enjoyed. Frequent strolls to the Hobart docks and other sites were rewarded with a variety of unique local experiences & produce. We’ll be back.
