This amazing family villa situated in the most exclusive and peaceful residential area of Cala d´Or at old town near to the church and the beautiful sandy beach called Cala Petita with turquoise water and therefore it is a perfect location for a holiday in Cala d´Or.

Situated at only a couple of minutes walk from the center of Cala d´Or with an extensive selection of shop, boutiques, and restaurants with relaxing terraces. One of the most exclusives marinas from Majorca is located just down the hill from Villa Ohana which makes all together a lovely family resort.

The villa offers a modern and minimalistic design with high quality furniture and fittings. The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge which has open feature fireplace, flat screen digital satellite TV and DVD player. Large patio doors open out onto the pergola covered terrace and pool area just designed for dining outdoors. The beautifully fitted open plan kitchen/dining area has stainless steel fittings, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Leading off from the stylish entrance hall is a second smaller lounge/study with sofa bed, which makes up to a double. There is a cloakroom with WC adjacent to this bedroom.

Stairs lead up from the main lounge to the gallerie landing and to three air-conditioned bedrooms.

The master double bedroom has a modern four-poster bed, patio doors overlooking the pool and shower room en-suite. Two air-conditioned twin bedded rooms are furnished in a most attractive design and these two rooms share a bathroom.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Outside the 8 meter pool, with corner steps into a shallow end for children, sits among sun terraces which are well furnished with loungers. At one side of the pool is a nicely laid out lawned area with trees and shrubs. Under the pergola terrace overlooking the pool is an outside dining table and brick built barbecue.

The main thing for us is that you feel comfortable and happy and that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Majorca.

Nice house...in its day!! Now tired, unfortunately

Location ideal for town and Marina. Property could be so much better if it was looked after. Attention to detail, especially where cleaning is concerned!!! Couch dirty and old, cream bar stools and dining chairs grubby and 'leather' torn, windows filthy, pool dirty with lots of broken tiles. Mouldy tiles in bathroom, and around kitchen sink. I must say that some of the issues were dealt with promptly by Alex, but the villa should have been in order before we got there, not after!

Nice house, but poorly maintained

Beautiful property in a great location, but our first week was full of niggles. Pool wasn't maintained or cleaned during our stay and house wasn't too clean either. No private parking as described and not child friendly as drains around pool were corroded and crumbling. The villas either side look much better kept.

First Class Property

This is a great property which is conveniently located between the marina and town centre of Cala D'Or, both of which are within easy walking distance. Internally the property is very spacious and the garden is lovely with a large swimming pool. Could do with some extra parasols though! The property is generally well equipped and it has a TV with a wide selection of UK channels which kept our young one happy when it was too hot for sunbathing. We experienced one problem at the end of our stay although this was resolved promptly by the property manager. I would certainly recommend this villa without hesitation.

An excellent property and ideal for all families

The villa was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 children.

It is large clean and very spacious, the air conditioning worked very well as the weather was very hot.

Bedrooms a good size and air con in all, balconies in each bedroom were also a bonus. The kitchen is large and well equipped there is every type of tool and accessory.

Pool was superb and every afternoon was spent in it for all of us.

Villa well situated and the town and marina in easy walking distance.

We will be coming back.

The pretty coves and attractive pine-clad surrounding countryside add to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort and by night the main precinct in Cala d'Or offers a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants for evening entertainment.

The house is situated at only 100 meters from Cala d’Or luxurious Marina which is full of gourmet restaurants with stunning views of the various Yachts and Cruisers.

The nearest supermarket is at approximately 200 meters walk away from the property. Cala d’Or center is in the direct area and you will find everything that this beautiful town provides.

Visit neighbouring Porto Petro, a Mallorcan village by the sea where waiters carry plates of delicious seafood across the road to the pavement cafe on the quay.

In the direct area of the villa there are all kind of sports and activities to do for the whole family like golf, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, Son Amar show, Pirates, island tour, glass bottom boat trips, little train to cross Cala d’Or, go to the Cala Mondragó beach and many more.

The prestigious 18 holes Vall d’Or Golf Club is 10 km away. The island offers many golf courses and they are all within about 45 minutes drive.

Approximately 30km north from Cala d'Or is the resort of Porto Cristo where the famous Caves of Drach are located.
