El cotillo

This property is very isolated. A 4x4 vehicle is needed as the road to the property is very rough and not really suited to a hire car. If anyone is looking for solitude then this would be the place to choose. I felt uncomfortable using the owner’s laundry facilities. Would not recommend

Stay at Keys villa, 15-22nd March 2019

Keys lovely villa is 5 minutes drive from El Cotillo, NW Ferteventura in an oasis of desert plants. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting just far enough from the town. El Cotillo is a great little place with lots of character & charm. Friendly locals & a brilliant supermarket (with wi-fi) on our side of town. If you like something a little different this is the place for you.

Paradise in the "outback"of el Cotillo!

We had a lovely week in this cottage, which is located in a beautiful spot outside of el Cotillo. You have the idea of being in the middle of nowhere, which we loved, but in fact it is a few minutes drive to el Cotillo. (You do need a car when you're are staying here.) The view on the mountains, the beautiful garden, the sea and the sunsets are stunning. We spent a lot of time on the veranda, just enjoying the sun, listening to the wind and the birds. And we certainly enjoyed the visits of Cookie and Chichi, the very nice dogs of the owners! We laughed a lot about the peacocks who were parading along the veranda. Absolutely paradise! The cottage itself is very nicely decorated, lots of space, comfy beds. The cottage is part of a sort of haciënda of the owners, but completely private. Keys is a very nice and friendly host and I enjoyed practising my French, that has become quite rusty ;-) She was always prepared to help, even fixed the ropes of the hammock in no time! And we did love that hammock! I sure hope to return here some day! Merci beaucoup Keys et au revoir!! Liesbeth, Bouke and Lieselotte

Secluded and spacious, fantastic views yet not to far to the town, beach and shops, very clean and r

The house was not to far from the town for the beach and shops, we enjoyed the quiet and relaxing time also watching the peacocks and company of cookie the dog. If you are looking to get away from it all then this is the ideal location and spacious house to go. Keys was lovely and accommodating, would defiantly reccommend. Thank you, Val, Steve and jo.

Ruhe, Pfauen, Meer

Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig, etwas abseits und doch nah zu einem lebendigen Ort mit guten Restaurants, Supermarkt mit Frischfisch, Fahrradverleih, ganz verschiedene Strände …- hier kannst du Schlaf nachholen! Wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft.
