Great Condo
Pros: condo is updated, balcony view is amazing (especially to watch sunset), comfortable balcony seating, supplies left by guest and owner ( there are a few cabinets that house left over spices, and essentials like coffee filters, cooking spray, etc) I really respect an owner who allows this and doesn’t require everything to be thrown away. The Murphy bed is a great addition, essentially adding a third bedroom. Condo grounds were very nice and well kept, parking space was covered, people in Moon Bay were so friendly, even toward our teen boys, toilet paper and paper towel provided, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided, cleaning supplies available, no key needed, wifi was adequate.
Cons: I am not sure what happened with my communication with owner, I tried a few times with no luck, but when I reached out to VRBO and they were able to help me connect to owner within the hour. The check in directions lacked great detail. Once I was connected with owner, she was very attentive and helped answer my questions. So it all worked out. The condo was pretty clean there were a few areas where the floor was not clean, we used vacuum to remedy that. Beds were fine, but bedding for murphy bed was balled up in cupboard and damp, we had to rewash, plenty of pillows, but no pillow cases.
The pros greatly outweighed the cons, would definitely come back. Pictures are accurate.
