Modern Well Equipped Air Conditioned Apartment. 5 Minutes Walk To “the Strip”

A large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern apartment which is ideal for a relaxing holiday; a large communal pool and garden area offer a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Within five minutes walk of both the beach and the popular road known as “the strip”, where bars and restaurants attract year round holidaymakers. The apartment offers hi spec. equipped accommodation; air conditioning throughout, open plan lounge/dining room with plasma TV, international TV channels including ITV, BBC etc. and WiFi, fully fitted modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher microwave etc. Master bedroom with a super king sized bed , 32' LCD TV bedside cabinets and lamps and en suite modern shower room with double sized shower cabinet. Twin bedroom also with bedside cabinets and lamps and family bathroom. Balcony overlooking the kiddies and large swimming pool. Secure underground parking. Room for a cot/ or single bed in the Master bedroom. Pay Pal accepted on request. Pay Pal normal charges apply.

More things to do and see: The apartment is 30 mins from Faro airport 45km/ 36 miles. There is an aqua park just outside Vilamoura which is about 15 mins. Zoo marine which is a sea life park with swimming with dolphins and fair ground rides. This is in Gale just outside Albufeira and is about a 10 min drive. Algarve shopping is a 10 min drive. Lisbon is about 2 and a half hours and is a good day trip. Seville takes about the same time and has Isla Magica Theme Park. Plus there are all the cultural sites as well which are truly wonderful.

Faro and Albufeira councils put on festivals all the time.

2km down the road is the Balaia Golf Course and then after that Vilamoura has 5 top courses (one of which has hosted the Portuguese masters tournament) and another 2 just outside of town on Villa Sol Resort.

Why Adam Guise-Smith chose Albufeira

I bought this apartment to live in, and i furnished it to be my home. Since then I have started a family and we keep this property as our holiday home and rent it out for most of the year,.

I choose this apartment it is walking distance to the strip, but not right on top of it! Also, to one beach in five minutes and another two beaches in about 10-15 mins. I also used to walk to the old town, which takes about 20-30 mins. You can catch the bus at the top of the road, or the tourist train, if you don´t fancy walking.

You genuinely don´t need a car if you rent my apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

Small condominium of 20 apartments with a large pool and a garden which is very peaceful.

Not over looked by any other apartments.

Large apartment, well furnished.

Walking distance to everything you would need.

Short walk to small supermarket.

Five minute walk to the strip.

Relaxing, lovely holiday.

Just had 2 weeks with 2 teenage girls in a beautiful spacious apartment.Very central location to shops , beach and the strip, where there is a large number of restaurants.The apartment is well kept , in a quiet area and is very secure.On the whole this was a wonderful relaxing holiday with enough to entertain tennage girls.Thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 star rating from us.

Excellent apartment you won't be disappointed

As soon as we booked this spartment Adam the owner was a true professional.. Answering our questions ensuring all our needs were met. Even arranged our transfer. Adam was do accommodating even when easy jet went on strike he offered alternative day for us to come to avoid the Strike delay. The accommodation is tastefully decorated excellent furniture and excellent swimming pool . When we come back to Portugal Adams place will be our first choice . Nothin was to much trouble and we would recommend .

Super property - really enjoyable break

Stayed here October 2014 and had a super time. High quality accommodation which was in tip top condition just as the listing described. It's in a superb location with beach and good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Car parking and pool facilities were also first class. Adam the owner was a joy to deal with and we shall certainly be staying here again.

A fantastic holiday!!!

I have worked in the travel industry for 25 years and have stayed in hundreds of apartments but this has to be the best by far, we really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed with all the home comforts you could think of. Location was great pool was lovely grounds were lovely !! Normally after 2 weeks were ready to come home but we just didn't want to leave . We will definitely be back and will be recommending this apartment!!

Lovely spacious luxury apartment.

Stayed in this apartment in June and had a great time. The bedrooms are larger than most apartments and the ensuite in master bedroom has a wonderful double shower with jets (fantastic). Everything you need in this apartment. No need to pack books there are plenty to choose from. Restaurants very close by and supermarket just at top of road. Larger supermarkets within walking distance or use taxi rank at top of street. Taxi was 4.75 euro to old town. Pool and garden are spotless and maintained to a high standard. We spent all day lying by pool and often had the complex to ourselves. Quiet and peaceful (bliss). Apartment has 4 sunbeds so even if busy no need to get up early for a sunbed. Sun on balcony all afternoon, another bonus. For those that want the beach there is a lovely small beach at bottom of street, directions in apartment. Everything you could need or want is close by. Would highly recommend this apartment - great for families or couples. Very secure complex. Booking was very easy and Coral is lovely. Spoke on the phone and she answered all queries I had. Although it is her sons apartment Coral deals with the booking and she could not be more helpful. She knows the area and can advise you on distances and local facilities. All details were sent promptly and payment very easy. We were given contact numbers for both Coral and her son who lives in Portugal should we have any problems but we did not need to use them. Safety deposit returned with no bother. What more can I say I would use this apartment again and highly recommend it.
