'Surf's Up' is a self-contained unit occupying the top level. This recently renovated unit has 3 bedrooms, a spacious new kitchen, and a private top patio area. Internet and air conditioning make this unit very comfy. Close to many other lovely beaches, bays, National Parks, Mogo Zoo, Botanic Garden, surf school, canoeing tours, snorkelling, fishing, and some great cafes and restaurants..
It is one house from the beach and a one-minute stroll along a bush track to South Broulee beach (no roads to cross). It is a popular fishing and surfing beach and is patrolled on weekends during summer. Around the headland lies a tranquil protected bay, perfect for children, snorkelling and swimming laps. Broulee island is a National Park which has lovely rock pools and plenty of birdlife. The property is fenced with off-street parking for one car at the front of the house. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Five minutes to IGA, cafes, Sports club, and golf course. Ten minutes to Mogo Zoo, Mogo shops, ten minutes to Woolies, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Check out the bottom unit 'Sandy Bottom' if you want to book the whole place. It is perfect for reunions or family gatherings (the two units sleep 12). It is perfect for reunions or family gatherings (both units sleep 12).

Lovely light 3brm property right near the beach

We had a lovely stay at the property which was very spacious for our family and filled with light. It was modern and well kitted out with every need catered for. Ian was in contact to ensure we had a good stay and went out of his way to be helpful. Proximity to the beach was the high point, including a patrolled beach for the kids. It's a lovely spot and we would be very happy to stay there again for a long weekend or even a longer stay.

Comfortable home by the beach.

It was a good place. The area was nice for us as a family. Enjoyed morning coffee. Very comfortable front room and loved the evening deck.

We loved our stay at 'Surf's Up". This recently renovated property is clean and comfortable (especially the beds) and has everything you need. The location is perfect -- a stone's throw from South Broulee beach, and a short walk to shops, North Broulee Beach, Broulee island and the nature walk to Bengello beach. Ian is a fantastic host and communicates well, he even helped us get some fresh Flathead from a local fisherman! We have already booked out next stay......

Lovely spot, great area to get away for a few days

Loved the spot with new renovations which have added to the experience. Great place and highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway. Ian made the process very easy!
