The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. Outstanding villa and view!

The villa was in an utterly Breathtaking position, with views across the vineyards all Around us as well as seeing the church towers of SAN Giminano. The owner Alessandro was most helpful on arrival , and the villa was spotless and huge! He is just next door but we were never disturbed. The pool is just down a few steps from the villa and is so serene and calming. The pool Was sparkling clean . We felt very chilled out by the pool and I loved the late afternoons there. There is a wine tasting experience just up the road which we really enjoyed and we ordered some wine to be sent to the U.K. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed with some welcome wine and coffee too! We had the most amazing week Thankyou and would definitely return again.
