Comfortable, well-equipped flat in a convenient location

We spent a lovely few days in this comfortable flat very close to Trajan’s Forum in the heart of historical Rome. We walked to most of the main sites, which is an excellent way to see the city. The flat is very well-equipped and comfortable, and Valentino is a very hospitable and helpful host. The flat is also very quiet despite its location. We would happily stay here again.

Brilliant location.

Excellent property. We walked to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Diocletian's Baths easily and the Colosseum, Trajan's Market and Nero's Golden Palace are about 5 mins walk away. We stayed during some v hot weather and the air con in both the bedroom and the main room were brilliant. Bathroom plenty big enough and for a family of 4 it was an ideal base. Loads of places to eat if you fancy or if like us you want to save money several supermarkets close by. Communication with owner excellent from the start and he helped make the trip stress free. The key handover was easy and the lady who met us was v friendly with some great advice for the location..... for teenagers wifi good too.

A very charming flat in a great location!

This flat is just lovely! It is right in the middle of the historic centre, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, 15 minutes from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 30 minutes walk from the Vatican. It is up a small cobbled hill with steps and a water fountain on the other end where we filled our water bottles every day. The little street is very quiet, even though you're so central. You also don't really hear the neighbours unless they are outside in their yard which faces onto the flat. Their dogs did wake us up early once or twice but not every day. Our party was 3 people, myself and my parents, one of whom has walking difficulties. We hired a mobility scooter which handled the cobbled street/hill with no problem. The flat is quite spacious and was comfortable for 3 but could accommodate 4. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was fairly comfortable. The flat is in a lovely little courtyard block of flats but it feels very secure. There are 2 downstairs keyed doors and the flat door itself is very sturdy. It is equipped with everything you'd need, toiletries, pantry food and crockery and cutlery. The washing machine was much appreciated. We did not need to use the heat or AC. For the most part, everything worked well. I had difficulty with the phone one day which could have been my fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic, central location

Valentino was extremely communicative throughout the process. Apartment was in a fantastic, central location. Within 2 minute walk of Forum. Transport was easy to get to and use. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Apartment was quiet and air con was greatly appreciated. Thank you Valentino!
