This ideal two bedroom, two bath unit is Breckenridge at its Best! Park Place is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road in the heart of Breckenridge! If you want the best in town location in Breckenridge...this is it. Location, Location, Location. Wood floors, freshly painted interior, tiled bathrooms including granite counters, vessel sinks, beautiful steam shower, Xfinity tv and FREE wireless internet connection. The Master has a King size bed with private steam shower and the guest suite has a queen size bed with a twin bed/trundle roll out underneath and private bath. Open private balconies.

Our unit is in Building A which has the best unobstructed views of town and Baldy Mountain. Our building does not overlook hot tubs, or other units. We have a private outdoor gas grill on our balcony. We also furnish one free parking permit pass (covered or uncovered)for your stay at our complex. Additional parking is not guaranteed on site and depends on availability. There is paid parking across the street, plus a free town shuttle outside our complex.

Located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue, just one block from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants of historic Breckenridge. Park Place is one block from the Riverwalk Centre with the beautiful Summer Symphony. There are great views of town and Baldy Mountain from your private deck. Enjoy lunch or dinner sitting in the separate dining room which seats six looking at the views or enjoy a meal on the balcony with table and chairs. In addition, there is a seated bar area for three.

Walk, purchase lift tickets and ski from the Snowflake Ski Lift just 800 feet away and at the end of the day, ski all the way down Four O'Clock Run, cross the street and you are at your building. Relax after a hard day on the slopes in one of the two on-site hot tubs, the unit's own steam shower or access to the Upper Village Pool when opened (bubbled in the winter). Enjoy the shops and nightlife on Main Street only one block away.

The smoke-free complex is on the Free Shuttle/Town Trolley stop which can take you to the ski lifts or to the community Recreation Center which has a rock climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, skateboard park, gym and swimming pool with water slide. Several Ski Rental Shops are directly across the street.

This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has Wireless Internet Connection, vaulted ceilings third floor unit, a stonewall fireplace, two spacious bedroom suites, a steam shower, large private balcony and dining room. The unit was renovated with new leather furniture, sliding barn doors, carpet, wood floors, freshly painted interior and tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Jenn-Air oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, new dishwasher and outdoor grill so you can ski down for lunch or enjoy a relaxing dinner in.

Private ski closet next to front door for storage.

Winter Activities include: Skiing, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, Sledding, SnowShoeing, Ice Skating, Cross Country Skiing, Ghost Tours, Indoor Tennis and Shopping. Shuttle to Black Hawk Casinos in Central City and outlet shopping close by.

Summer Activities include: Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Sailing, Outdoor Concerts, OcktoberFest, River Rafting, Horseback Riding, Fish/Fly-Fishing, Alpine Sliding, Art Festivals, Ghost Tours, Golf and Shopping.

Perfect location!
Fantastic condo a short walk to downtown shops & restaurants. A bit of a walk to Snowflake lift but makes for a nice warm-up before hitting the slopes! And, there is bus stop close by if you prefer not to walk. Ski-in after a day on the slopes was great and the 3 flights up to the unit make you really appreciate the apres ski festivities!

Great place, exactly as advertised
Very clean property, well stocked with everything we needed for family of 5. Great view from deck and kitchen/dining room but it is a top floor so 3.5 flights of stairs in altitude is a workout for an East Coast flatlander! Very communicative owner (not a property manager) and the outdoor hot tub was a really nice (many props they are indoor) bonus. Super easy access to peak 8 and 9 from bus stops across the street and ski home on the 4 o’clock run was fun, easy, and convenient. The place was super quiet (hope we weren’t the loud ones!!) as we barely heard anyone in the evenings or mornings. Parking was easy at the base of steps directly below is in a covered spot which was nice as we got 2’ of snow during our stay. We’ll definitely be back, thanks for the hospitality!

Our specific condo overlooks town and Baldy Mountain. We were very insistent that we didn't want to look at anyone else's condo or other buildings. The number one benefit of staying at our condo is the location. You don't need a car as you are walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of historic Breckenridge. You are walking distance to Snowflake Lift with no crowds. You can also purchase tickets and season passes at the Snowflake Lift. You also have two ski, snowboard, bike rental right across the street. You are on the free shuttle route if you need. Another benefit is we offer 1200 sq ft of comfort. Totally renovated with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen if you chose to stay in, flat screen tv's to relax after a hard day skiing or Summer hiking!
