About this property

Stay at the end of a quiet, cozy, cult-de-sac while minutes from the attractions. Our house is conveniently located close to Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, Mystic, vineyards, Navel Submarine Base, Ct College, USCG College and several beaches.

You will enjoy relaxing by the fire on a new private deck, taking a dip in the pool on a hot summer day and practicing your card and dice skills on the table game set ups. Make memories in the game room with a wide selection of games to choose from and karaoke. Don't forget to draw on the chalk board wall and play giant Connect Four.

Our house is perfect for everyone including your furry family member.

This is a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a party free zone and very strict on excessive noise.

Birthday weekend

My husband and I celebrated our daughters 21st birthday with some friends and family. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Everyone enjoyed the game room and we went to Mohegan Sun on Saturday night which was close by. We all had a great time! MK is a gracious host and available to answer any questions that may arise.

We were looking for a location for our family to all enjoy and including our pets . We all had a great time visiting mystic , beach and was able to head over to Foxwoods for the day . The house is in a great location .

Fun house, perfect for family time!

We enjoyed staying at this house so much! The game room was a blast. All the games worked well and provided hours of family entertainment. We had refreshing cool evenings, so the outdoor fire pit was cozy with plenty of seating. We were so pleased that both the grill and fire pit had plenty of propane. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table comfortably seats 6. There is also a lovely outdoor dining set on the top deck with a heater for those chilly evenings. The house has a dense covering of trees behind it, so the backyard feels very private. Beds were very comfy and sheets and comforters were soft and clean! MK was so easy to work with and answered us promptly. We would love to rent this house again.
