The beds are new and matresses extra comfortable.There are also spacy closets in each bedroom.On the first floor( to which lead beautiful wood-covered inside stairs),there is a large room that includes the kichen and the living room with 2 sofas convertible to floors have wide glass balcony doors to ensure that you enjoy the great view from wherever you sit in the house.The house is fully furnihed and equiped with all aminities, is also fully air-conditioned and offers connection to phone line and fast internet.Both floors have large balconies with view to the sea and the beautifull surroundings.
The house is on the edge of the traditional village Tsoukalades, surrounded mostly by olive trees and beautiful gardens. The road to the house goes though the village, passing from traditional neighbourhoods and some narrow roads. Nevertheless, large cars and jeeps can also pass without problems, only with some more attention. The villa is still inside the village, 7 minutes walk from its central square.
Very nice beaches are only 2,5 km away and famous beaches with crystal blue sea like Pefkoulia and Ag.Nikitas, only 5-6 km away. The town and port of Leykada is also 6 km away.
