Self catering for up to 4 persons in new apartment with superb sea views

This new ground floor apartment built in 2009 sleeps up to four people. It has a spacious lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. There are two bedrooms consisting of one double and two single beds. The bathroom is comprised of walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. All bed linen and towels included in cost. The lounge has television for English (ITV and BBC), Spanish and French channels a DVD player, Wireless Internet connection and a variety of flims, games and information about the local area. All of the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito nets to windows.

There is also a terrace with excellent views of the sea, with a patio table and seating for four. Exclusive use of owners 8 x 4 metre private pool (owners live on site) BBQ, sun-bed area and boulles court . Large sun-house newly added for spring 2012 with adequate seating for four people

Off road parking available. Gated secure access.

Cumbre del Sol is located in the municipality of Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira, surrounded by green spaces and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car drive there are two bars on Moriag Beach. Secluded Moraig beach is a cove for exploring, bathing or sunbathing. Swimming and snorkly around the bay and coves is very popular, or just rest and sun bathe in the nudist area at the far end of the beach. A well stocked supermarket, large Cumbre restaurant with pool, farmacia, hair dressers are 10 minute drive or if you prefer the local town of Benitachell and Moraira is a short car drive from the apartment. Hiking on the cliffs, discovering how the inhabitants of Benitachell used to fish whilst hanging from the cliffs, practice water sports; diving; or simply enjoy the caves and good climate of its famous beach. During the summer months while away the evening at the two bars and restaurants or picnic on the beach and watch the boats go by and the sun setting. The lighthouse at Cap de la Nao which can be seen in the distance is just a short journey away and well worth the visit. The town of Moraira with its bustling shops and restaurants, superb beaches and marine life is just 15 minutes drive away and is famous for its Friday markets and local Fiestas. Kart racing, ten pin bowling, local indoor swimming pool, paddle courts, flat green bowls, petanque courts, computer clubs and lots more activities to please all the family.

Fantastic Break

John and Patricia what can I say....fantastic hosts and lovely people.

You have no idea what the break meant to me and how it restored my sanity.

The apartment was ideal clean large and fully equipped.

The pool was amazing and all mine for the duration.

Patricia and John were there if I needed them but so discreet apart from that.

I will definitely be back if you will have me.Thank you again

John and Patricia were fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a welcome bottle of wine for us. The pool was lovely and had the most fantastic views. I can recommend this property very much. You will need a car.

Séjour fantastique !

Nous voilà de retour de Cumbre del Sol où nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans l'appartement de John et Patricia.

L'appartement est en tous points conforme au descriptif et aux photos de l'annonce, aucune mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire. C'est très appréciable d'avoir le linge de maison et les serviettes pour la piscine de prévue. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Pas loin des commerces et du centre de MORAIRA.

Que dire de la vue depuis la piscine ! trop top...Nos enfants ont adoré et nous aussi.

A cela s'ajoute la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires et en toute discrétion

Merci encore Patricia et John, vous êtes des hôtes fantastiques. Nous espérons revenir profiter de votre appartement et votre superbe piscine.

Very nice and peaceful area with beautiful views

The appartement is very clean and provided with all you need. The swimming pool is great with a seaview. The owners are very helpful and discreet. There are many little beaches to see and you can also visit bigger cities that are not too far from the villa. There are lots of supermarkets in the area.

We had a very nice family holiday in Cumbre del Sol.
