  • On arrival at the agency you will need to pay a deposit of 250 € in cash. In case you rent a villa with private swimming pool, the deposit is 600 € in cash. If the people renting the accommodation are a group of young people, the deposit will be 75 € per person (minimum deposit 250 €). The deposit will be fully returned on departure once the apartment has been inspected by our personnel provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation and that it is left in the same state it was found in.
