Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped holiday apartment for ideal family vacation experience just 100m from the sea. Croatica Suites are an excellent option for those, who are looking for a recreation and stress-free place to stay, but very close to the most attractive Croatian tourist and historical destinations. It is a great place either for a lazy beach holidays, excursions and any kind of water sport.
We are located in the center of the Adriatic and are very easy to reach, in the close proximity to main transportation routes. It's only 15-minute drive from A1 highway, Split Airport is 60 km and Zadar Airport 70 km away.

If you feel like exploring - best Croatian jewels are here: National Parks of Krka, Kornati and Plitvice, UNESCO world heritage sites are all in 15-70 km range: Šibenik, Split, Trogir and Zadar.

Für uns genau richtig

Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Kontakt wegen Schlüsselübergabe war telefonisch und komplikationslos. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, jedoch alles sehr ruhig. Meerblick von Küche und Balkon war toll. Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar und alles eher ruhiger was uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Große Supermärkte in 5 Min.mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wunderschöne Buchten zum Schnorcheln und SUP- Board fahren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine gute Ferienwohnung:-)

Schöne Wohnung und freundliche Gastgeberin - Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Toller Urlaub von Anfang an... bereits vor Urlaubsbeginn standen wir in Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, um weitere Informationen einzuholen und z.B. unsere späte Ankunft abzusprechen. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und durch unsere Wohnung geführt. Sonntags wurde uns sogar frischgefangener Fisch zubereitet - vielen Dank noch einmal für das leckere Essen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt (selbst Pads für die Spül- und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden). Ein Wäschewechsel wurde uns angeboten und hätte man weitere Fragen gehabt, die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus (stets freundlich und hilfsbereit). Die Lage ist in Ordnung gewesen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Sibenik und in anderen Städten oder Ausflugszielen wie den Krka Wasserfällen. Von der Küche/ vom Balkon hat man durch eine Häuserreihe einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser. In 50m ist man am Meer, Bademöglichkeiten sind also fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso Restaurant und Bars. Ein kleiner Kiosk/Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, auch an der Hauptstraße konnten wir Obst und Backwaren zu Fuß besorgen. Größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto nur 5 min entfernt. Für einen Erhohlungsurlaub, in den man an dem ein oder anderen Tag auch die Umgebung erkunden möchte, ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen - schön zentral um die Küste abzufahren. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen aufgrund der modernen, sauberen Einrichtung und der freundlichen Gastgeberin. Danke für die schönen 2 Wochen in Broderica!!! Beste Grüße S&D
