Belle et pratique location

L'appartement très lumineux et son location est très pratique pour le tourisme à Nice. On peut se déplacer facilement en tram pour faire des courses et en plus visiter l'Opéra et le musée de l'art contemporain en pied. Mais aussi l'intérieur de l'appartement est très calme. Idéal pour tout ceux qui aiment la ville de Nice !

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful city

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in Oct, we had a marvellous time. This apartment is exactly as described on the website, everything we could have needed was provided. Beautifully clean and comfortable Mary and Valerie were a joy to deal with, so informative. Mary had emailed a tourist information pack, which had been put together by her, listing the nearest best resturants, bakeries, deli's etc. It listed bus tops and timetables, even how to access the the bike rental scheme, which we took full advantage of and can highly recommend. We referred to her guide everyday and really felt that we saw the best of Nice. We really appreciated the fact that we could stay in the apartment until 20.30 on the day of departure as they were not expecting any guests after us. The weather was glorious and we had lunch outside in the sun everyday. We can highly recommend this apartment, its location, facilities and service, it's price especially was second to none

A Perfect Find!!

This is a peaceful, spacious and comfortable apartment and we are delighted that we found it. The bedrooms faced away from the road, so absolutely no traffic noise could be heard, which is an unexpected bonus when you want to stay right in the heart of any city. The manager was waiting for us on arrival and spent a great deal of time orientating us to the apartment and to the city. The tram line and tourist relevent bus stops were just a minutes walk away. The train station is a direct 10 minute walk away and we took the train to Monaco for a day. The beach and old town are less than a five minute walk away and great shopping is to be had all around the apartment. As we had a young baby with us, we did not venture too far from the apartment in the evenings, but there were plenty of great dining options a stones throw from the apartment. All in all, a real find. Thank you for a great holiday.

Loved my stay here.....

Apartment was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Fabulous location, within walking distance of all major attractions and restaurants, and we did a lot of walking. Valerie was very helpful. She was there within the hour when we phoned her to tell her a light bulb had blown, to replace it. Restaurants and bars were great. We loved all the restaurants that the owner recommended. We will definitely stay again and have recommended it to family and friends

After extensive research picked this apartment because of location, which was perfect. Also spotless. We were a bit hesitant because of lack of elevator but the 2 flights are manageable (even for us 4 seniors). Central to everything, really wonderful area. Mary very easy to deal with for bookings, etc. And Valerie a great host, responsive to any questions or requests. You really can't do better.

Excellent Location

We were very happy with our stay at this bright apartment. The location can't be beat, walking distance to old town and the shopping along Jean Medicin, the tram and train, can't be beat. There were four adult women who fit just fine in the two bedrooms. Appreciated that there was laundering machine in the unit. The place was very clean and Val did a great job explaining everything. Received damage deposit within 2 days of returning home. Would highly recommend this place!

Location, Location, Location This beautiful newly refurbished apartment is perfectly situated for all that the Riviera and Nice has to offer, only steps away from Place Massena, the city’s most majestic and famous square. The Square is considered to be the centre of Nice and marks the intersection of Vieux (old) Nice and new Nice.

The world famous palm tree lined Promenade des Anglais is a mere 10 minute walk away, perfect for taking a seat and admiring the view, bike hiring or relaxing with local Niçoise. The old town is 5 minutes away, its maze of narrow streets packed with boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses and bars.

There are numerous pâtisseries, artisan shops, wine bars and restaurants on your doorstep.   • Both bedrooms face the internal courtyard and so are very quiet, traffic noise cannot be heard. The rooms have solid oak flooring and high ceilings and are flooded with light from the large double glazed windows. The traditional wooden shuttering on the outside of the building prevents this from becoming a problem in the early morning. Both bedrooms have brand new double beds with top quality Egyptian cotton linen and mattress toppers for extra comfort. The rooms are tastefully furnished and include alarm clocks, bedside lamps and full length mirrors. Ample storage is provided in the wardrobes and drawers. In addition there is a very comfortable double foldout sofa bed in the living room.

  • The kitchen and living area are open plan with solid oak flooring throughout. There is a brand new very comfortable sofa-bed, a wall mounted TV with French and some English channels, a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, an ipod docking station, lamps and dining table and chairs to seat 4. Fans will also be provided in summer. The kitchen has black and glass units with white tiles to provide a clean contemporary look. Everything that you could possibly need is provided including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, brita water filter and of course the all important bottle opener!
