Luxury Pillow topped King Sized Bed. . No Separate sleeping arrangements available. You may have up to two more people in the room, for $8 each per night, however you will need to provide your own beds and linen.

Bathroom/Laundry has shower and toilet and large washing machine for your use. All shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, washing powder,body washes and pool towels are included. This will be shared if there are guests in the main house.
You will have your own private access through the lock up garage, with electric roller door with your own remote.

GUEST ID: All guests are required to send a photo ID via the property message thread prior to check in Instructions being made available
The exterior of the property may have 24 hour monitored camera surveillance to ensure the security and protection of all guests.
By booking this property , the booked guest, acknowledges and is responsible for adhering to the property rules and any other requests from the host. The booked guest is responsible for any other persons on the property at any time and will make good any damage or loss sustained by themselves or their own guests.
CANCELLATIONS/TRAVEL INSURANCE: Guests are reminded to take adequate travel insurance to cover them in the unlikely event that they cannot stay at the property as booked. In the event that you cannot fulfil your booking, you will not receive a refund unless we can re-book the property if cancelled within 14 days of your stay or whilst staying at the property. In the event that you are cancelled and removed from the property due to breach of any of our rules/conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.
Guest access
Access is through your own lock up private garage with electric roller door with own remote. Studio Room is yours alone and you have full use of the entertainment area, Laundry/Bathroom.
Other things to note
When main house is occupied from time to time, the outdoor entertaining area, swimming pool and outside Laundry/Bathroom may be shared
