Rio Vista Waters - the perfect entertainer

Boasting open plan living with seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining this home is sure to impress.

The home is an entertainers delight with a modern kitchen opening to a large lounge dining room. Both these areas open to the large undercover alfresco entertaining area which overlooks the pool and the water.

The home has been designed for outdoor entertaining with multiple areas to lounge or dine including an pool bar area with a day bed and a gazebo situated on the waterfront.

A second sitting area has been set up with a games console which will keep the kids occupied for hours.

For those that would like to be a little more energetic there are 2 mountain bikes, 2 kayaks and fishing rods.

Centrally located and close to everything that Gold Coast living is all about - Beaches, The Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Gold Coast Convention Centre, G: Link light rail, Broadbeach Restaurants and Cafes and Surfers Paradise which has a multitude of tourist activities. Relaxation

What a great Property, and so close to everything you need. We've had an amazing 4 days at Julie & Ricks place, super clean and kept beautifully, very spacious through out and the Pool was just fantastic, the Property is within walking distance to the Pacific Far shopping centre and easy public transport to get anywhere. Our family of 7 have thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks again Rick & Julie, definitely coming back.

Dirty and bed bugs

We were not happy with a few things with this house in general the house is ok but not worth the money we paid. 1 The people who slept in the main bedroom have been bitten badly by bed bugs 2 There were cobwebs with bugs all around the ceiling on the kitchen 3 the bar area outside was left in a mess you had to walk over all the pool toys 4 we were told the kayaks had holes in them- not usable 5 It is now April and the Christmas tree is still up the agent said he was too lazy to take it down yet. 6 patio floor around the table was dirty 7 one of the beds has fake leather and is peeling the person sleeping in the bed woke up with block bits in the bed and the pillow marked from the black peeling. Overall we never complain but there was a lot wrong with this property than positive things.
