Golfers & Beach Villa with heated pool

A beautiful decorated luxury villa with private heated pool in a 250sqm garden.
What we adore about our villa is its ambience and serenity. It has a unique decoration.

We have osmosis water filter, so you don't need to buy any water bottles.

You will find 5 generously cut and designed bedrooms, all with bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with bathroom and bathtub in suite. The main bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a large 40 sqm terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds together with possibility to add an extra bed (cod) or baby cod. The 3rd one has also 2 single beds put together.

On the basement suite you will find a king size bed (two single beds together) and separated by a folding screen (if needed) and two chaise lounges as single beds. You will find also WIFI (optic fibre) and Sky TV.

The ground floor houses the living room with kicker-, pool- and air hockey-table, both with access to the terrace and garden; a large designer kitchen together with a double bed bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. The Tv in the living room has all Sky Tv channels open.

The garden is a 250 sqm oasis with heated pool (6 x 3 meters) and a 40 sqm terrace (which can be completely closed by a movable flameless glass) overlooking the garden, with enough sitting areas for everyone and a designer round table for 10 guests. Outside you will find a cosy sitting area just beside the terrace and, near the pool, rocking chairs, which we personally designed, overlooking the pool. We have also 12 hammocks as well as towels for the beach or pool. You will also enjoy the large ping pong table and the adult swings.

We provide all towels, hair dryers, body shower gel and shampoo, as well as spices. We provide also baby cod, tub and high chair.
The villa is located in an upscale residential area with lots of green areas. The community gardens can be used and the community pool only from July to August and is regulated by the Community of the Urbanisation, so its use and rules are independent from the villa and without any liability from our part. The common areas include 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground.

Everything is close by. We have two wonderful supermarkets just down the street with fresh bread, fish and meat.

The pharmacy is at 1 km with a nice walk reachable.

The bus stop is 400 meters from the villa. Our guests normally take a local taxi service for larger groups. For instance, the fare from the airport to the villa takes approx. 100€ for a 10 persons group.

At 800 meters you will find already restaurants with daily menus at approx 10€.

The beach is at 1,4 km with a nice walk, where you will find beach restaurants.

Marbella city center is only 9km (approx 10 minutes with taxi, 2 minutes by bus) away and Puerto Banus 19 km (15 minutes with taxi 30 minutes with bus)

The hosts - Alexandra and Friedrich could not have been any better. Communication before, during and after our stay was swift and friendly, they were extremely helpful and accommodating to the few changes we needed. Check in was thorough and very helpful. The villa - everything the listing says it is. Big enough for our group of 9 adults, very comfortable, had all the kitchen stuff [including a fully stocked herbs & spices drawer!!], 2 massive fridge freezers, large dining table in the outside / inside kitchen / garden area, BBQ, loads of sun loungers. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. I can't find a fault anywhere. Location - very quiet pretty little street [no noisy traffic at all], 200m from 2 excellent supermarkets, 15 minute walk to local restaurants [try La Scala - outstanding] and 20 minute walk to the beach [try La Plage Casanis - first class]. If we come back to the area next year - this villa will be top of our list to book again.

Fantastic holiday, great property

We all had a fantastic holiday, villa was superb and everything you needed was there, the pool was lovely and location was excellent only a 15-20 min walk to beach and restaurant’s, the Indian was our favourite, great communication with property owners and any questions answered quickly. There is a big communal swimming pool as well as a small children’s park. If you want to go to to different places ie Marbella town or puerto Banus I would recommend car hir although you can use Uber or bus, lovely property and we had a fantastic time

Family Holiday

The villa was lovely and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are two supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and the beach was also walkable. The pool is heated to a lovely temperature and the pool table and table tennis table keep everyone amused. The villa is quiet and tranquil but for more lively times Marbella is easily reached by bus or cab. The owners are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this villa.

Everything We Expected And More!

This is the experience I expect from a villa… A great host with detailed information right from the off! To start the villa is safe and secure especially with children in your group!!! Everything from their end was executed very well, right from our initial contact, up until arrival at the door. The host even managed to facilitate an early check in! Massive bonus! The overall facilities available to us whilst on site were top of the range even right down to the cutlery, if you buy cheap you buy twice, these guys clearly didn’t, they spent good money on good equipment to make sure you had suitable/sturdy amenities for a great stay! Nice touches were the heated pool, 3x usb inserts at each end of the bed, somewhere to wash your clothes and hang them out to dry (no washing when you come home) kids pool floats, BBQ, and lounger towels…. Locally there is plenty within walking distance, if you want beach food, fancy exotic food, French food, or even a good wagyu steak with caviar, it’s all there! Additionally if you wish to travel into old town/Puerto Banús you can jump the bus (2 euros) or Uber for (14-20 euros) choice is up to you. We did Uber it everywhere, quick and easy! The thing is you always come back to a safe and secure home! that was the nice thing about being out during the day, you were coming home and looking forward to it! Overall the villa has nothing to fault and if you want something that’s delivers it all, this was it. I will mention that I am coming back, it may be with different people, but I know my mum and dad will love this place as much as we loved it… Thank you again to Frederich & Alexandra for making our baby’s first holiday so special… 👌🏻💯

Great villa for four golfers

We stayed for four nights while playing the courses around Marbella. Excellent communication before our trip and a warm welcome from Friedrich on arrival. The villa is very well presented, all bedrooms very comfortable, with good indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Plus it has the best-labelled and organised kitchen of any property I have ever stayed in. Two supermarkets within a very short walk make it easy to top up when the beer runs out. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 3, German / Spanish / Mexican, who love the nature, golf, music, reading, great food and of course traveling. We used to live in Mexico for many years and decided to leave the big city to return to our roots. We decided on Marbella because most of my family comes from Málaga.

The villa has something 'magical', which we felt from the first day we saw it. The oaks (cork trees) are beautiful, they give us privacy and a nice shade for hot summer days.

The terrace is our favorite place, where we barbecue and spend long days and nights enjoying its ambience.
It gives us great joy to share our little world with you.

Why they chose this property

Near 5 golf courses and beach
Because its decoration and ambience inside and outside in the 250sqm garden.
The heated pool, pool- and air hockey as well as kicker and ping pong table and the adult swings provide enough joy and entertainment for everyone.
Two supermarkets with fresh baked bread are just a few steps away as well as the bus stop.
We have already restaurants with weekly menus at 500 meters and the beach only a 15 minute nice walk.

You will enjoy the barbecue in the evenings, the pool during the days as well as the nice walk to the beach, which is only 1000 meters from the villa.

We have at only 500 meters fantastic restaurants with menus for 9,50 Euros all inclusive (french, Spanish Tapas, Indian and chinese)
