Apt. 31 is a one bedroom Luxury Apartment in a Prime Position on the top floor that gets the sun for most of the day. The views are truly breathtaking and you are close enough to actually hear the waves

Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment with lovely views

Prior to our arrival, Maria was more than pleasant and professional, going above and beyond to help us with booking our stay. Upon arrival, we were met by Kevin, who was also friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach - more than what my husband and I needed for the 9 nights we were there. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the evening sun overlooking the coast with a glass of wine/cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Central Algarve.

Beautiful apartment. Great location.

We stayed in another apartment in this complex, but could not find where to write a review about it. I don't usually leave reviews but I was that impressed I thought I would review it on here. We stayed in apartment 10 and were impressed from the moment we pulled up outside the gates of the apartment block. Everything is beautifully finished to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The apartment and grounds were clean and obviously very well looked after and maintained.

The pool area was lovely and although we arrived during the first week of the school holidays, we did not struggle to get sun loungers. The pool area tended to be quieter in the mornings and got busier mid to late afternoon. The loungers are in a prime position for the sun all day and the pool was a god send! The pool is shallow on the one side and gradually gets to about 6 foot deep.

The location of the property is spot on. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to me strip(new town) and 15/25 minute walk to the Old Town depending on the route you take. We walked along the beach during the day, but in the evenings we walked the road way. If you go out of the gate towards the beach, you can take a right and follow the road straight round. This is much quicker than going out of the main gates at the entrance.

We love the feel of the Old Town and found some really good restaurants there too. Try Casa Del Mar, Urban Pizza and the Steak Lounge. The chinese in the new town is also worth a visit!

The booking process was easy. Maria was fantastic from start to finish. She responded to emails very quickly and the responses were friendly and professional. Once you book you pay a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before your arrival date. Maria sent a booking form to complete; which confirmed all of our details, payment details and terms and conditions. She also arranged our airport transfers for 75 euros. Again this was very professional. Kevin emailed me closer to the departure date to confirm flight details etc and to advise who would collect us from the airport.

Once we arrived at the apartment Kevin met is and was very freindly, professional and helpful. He showed us how everything worked and left us with a folder full of useful information about the apartment and the area.

We had a fantastic holiday and loved the apartment so much that we are already looking to book again for next year!

Gorgeous Apartment with sea view

The Apartment was fantastic and the view was gorgeous, the balcony is a sun trap in the afternoon and it is great to sit and watch the sun set with a glass of wine. Everything is immaculate inside and out and fitted with top spec appliances such as fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

It was a 15 min walk across the beach to the Old Town and 5 min walk to the strip. Even though the strip is not far the apartments are very quiet day and night. The beach is a 3 min walk away or the pool on site is very well kept and sun beds readily available.

There are numerous bar and restaurants near by which serve fantastic food. Invictus, Tamariz and Woods but to name a few and The Bistro in the Old Town is the best food ever.

The place is ideal if you want a relaxing break away from it all.

Maria and her team were fantastic from booking through to transfer with Wendy and Kevin who showed us around the apartment and gave us a lift to the nearest supermarket.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

A lovely home away from home

The apartment is everything the pictures show and more. We stayed for 5 weeks this year. The views are lovey and the apartment is very comfortable. Maria, Kevin and Louise are all great to deal with. This is the fourth apartment of Maria's that we have stayed in and we are returning next year. The grocery stores and resturaunts are all in walking distance. Our favourite resturaunt is Neto's and Didi's although there are many more. I have recommened this apartment to friends.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location.

The property was immaculate upon arrival and fully kitted out with everything you could want to live - there let alone holiday. The location was excellent with easy access to a quiet part of the beach and a decent sized swimming pool just a few floors below. Would gladly stay again and would recommend to anyone!

What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.

It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.

The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!

Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.

These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
