Welcome to Lakehouse Landing.

Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

• There is a full size kitchen and laundry facilities, with everything you will need to make this a home away from home.
• No fighting for the bathroom, with 3 Master ensuites, in the 4 bathroom house.
• Flat screen TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have Spectrum Cable TV and a variety of Apps to use with your accounts such as Disney+, HULU, Netflix, etc.

• There are 2 seating areas, one being the family room with flat screen TV with patio doors leading to the pool deck. The second seating area is a quiet den with comfortable sofa for just relaxing and reading.

• Orange Tree is located just 8 miles from DISNEY main gates
• There is also, free for your use, a tennis court, pickleball court, a 5 acre playing field, soccer pitch and two children's playgrounds (tot lot). There is a lake where you can fish, and a beautiful conservation area, making Orange Tree a very desirable place to stay.

Great location and pool.

Ideal family house, a little tired in decor and outside. Good location in quiet area but close to public and eating places. 30 mins from main attractions so very convenient. Overall a good stay.

Perfect location and everything we needed.

The property is a big size, well stocked with all equipment and utensils needed. Large Pool area with a great view. Perfect location. 20mins from Disney parks. 40mins from Universal. Shopping and dining within 5 mins of the villa.

Beautiful C|ermont

This is a beautiful, well equipped villa in a lovely area of Florida, close enough to all the parks and shopping centres, there is a Publix and Walmart close by. The villa itself is in a lovely setting overlooking a nature reserve with plenty to see. The sun-sets are beautiful. The villa is well equipped, and although a little dated, was perfectly adequate for 8 adults. The pool is lovely and was cleaned regularly. Can thoroughly recommend and would stop there again without hesitation.

Fantastic property; would highly recommend.

Beautiful plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The pool is totally private and overlooks a lake: a really peaceful location. East access to main roads; around 20-45 mins (easy) drive to all the main theme parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld). Supermarkets are within 5 mins drive (Publix, Walmart). Property has everything you could need. Our group was a family of 4 plus 2 sets of grandparents, and the property has 4 double beds plus a twin bedroom, so plenty of space to accommodate. Correspondence with the property owner and local manager was EXCELLENT. Helpful, clear, and straight forward, and really appreciated. Overall I’d highly recommend. A real gem.

Lovely stay

The villa was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Great seeing so much wildlife from the pool and patio area, it was very peaceful. The location was great for Disney parks plus some chill time in between! Steve was good at dealing with a few minor issues we had during our stay and repairs were arranged with us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lakehouse Landing.
