Beautiful direct oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and updated ameninties. Balcony and great view from 2nd floor. Quiet. Just steps to beautiful beach. Large heated pool, new beach walk-over, washer/dryer on premises with ice machines. Great location, close to St Augustine, Marineland, restaurants and lighthouse. One block from intracoastal also with boat rentals and fishing. King bed in master with queen pullout. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen, ceiling fans, beach chairs to use at no charge, tv/dvd in every room. WiFi . Beautiful place.

As always, Brenda’s condo at meters lodge was wonderful. It is compact, but everything you need is there and it doesn’t feel compact at all the bed is great. The pool is heated the beach and ocean are beautiful. It is very clean and has everything you might need love the place already have next March planned.

The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful or a short walk to the beach was even more enjoyable. The morning sunrises were amazing and worth getting up for. A short drive to Anastasia offered plenty of places to eat, beaches to enjoy and shopping if you needed something, all local. Brenda was very good. A wonderful communicator and genuinely cared that we had everyrhing we needed to enjoy our time away.

Beautiful view, clean condo

The condo was comfortable for two adults. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would have liked some little side tables near the main seating areas for placing drinks while watching TV. If you cook like I do when on vacay, one disadvantage was there were only two burners on a cooktop and no full-sized oven. A two-slice toaster would have been nice, but the microwave was also a small convection oven. The property was clean, quiet and well-maintained. The shower pressure was wonderful - I wanted to take it home with me. All in all a very good stay. I would stay here again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. We liked the location because it wasn’t in the touristy area. We would definitely stay again.

Our unit 220 is the largest and one of the nicest units at the property. We keep rates down low because we rent it ourselves and don't pay commissions. We insure that the unit is spotless and well-stocked for our guests. We believe it's the best value on the beach for a newly-remodeled direct ocean-front condo. We stay full and our guests always have great things to say about their stay.
